I was so pleased with the efficiency and thoroughness of my appointment. I can't praise Nicola and Lily enough, I do hope I have their names correct, at my age I have a terrible memory for names.
I was so pleased with their attention to detail and they explained everything very clearly and completely put me at ease. Thank you, A very satisfied customer, Mervyn Wallace.

First class service - as usual
As usual, a thorough examination by a well-known, highly-proficient consultant with whom I have had regular dealings for eight years.
Nothing was too much trouble for him to listen to my report of hearing-problems and, after considerable care and questions, he came up with a good solution.
