Superb experience at Hidden Hearing in Edinburgh
I have had a fantastic experience at Hidden Hearing in Edinburgh. The audiologists have been very informative, reassuring, knowledgable, friendly, and caring. They take all the time you need to talk everything through and I am overjoyed with the result. It feels like a new lease of life to have my hearing corrected to something approaching normal and to have the team at Hidden Hearing on my side to offer advice and support along the way.

Waste of time
I attended for an eleven am appointment having received a number of reminder phone calls about my appointment.
I waited for thirty minutes and despite some placating remarks from the receptionist she will only be a few minutes and that’s her finishing up now I left at eleven thirty without seeing anyone.
I have concerns about my hearing but I am sure I never heard an Apology.

I recently got hearing aids through this company. The lovely woman who dealt with me was named Kirsty Crosbie and she has literally been my guardian angel.
I could not recommend her or this company more! Thank you for being fantastic with me and giving me my hearing back!

It’s been at least 6 weeks and still…
It’s been at least 6 weeks and still waiting on hearing aids! One of the moulds not fitting properly, didn’t take another mould though just took it back to be fixed 🤔🤔
