Excellent!
Kady fitted my 1st ever hearing aids. Very friendly and professional person. Made me feel at ease. The hearing aids she recommended are amazing. Didn’t realise I’d been missing out on so much. I’d highly recommend paying Hidden Hearing a visit for a FREE assessment!

Wish I'd done it sooner!
Had an appointment for ear wax removal.
Can't believe the difference it made, should have had it done years ago. Very reasonally priced.
Kerry was fantastic, explained everything and removed the stubborn wax. Thanks Kerry.
Only downside is I can now hear my wife asking me to do stuff!

I would highly recommend this service. I saw Teresa the ear care practitioner for ear wax removal.
Very professional and empathetic service. I left feeling that I had been listened to and my needs very much met.
I'm glad there is a service like this in Dundee close to home. Thankyou.

Friendly and Professional
Had a great experience at hidden hearing Dundee branch very friendly and professional, Norrie made me feel ease and explained my results and let me try some hearing aids which was very helpful so I could understand my results and get more of an idea what my hearing could sound like.
I would recommend hidden hearing if you are having any issues.

Pleasant, patient and helpful.
The audiologist who came to test my mother’s ears (Calum) was helpful, friendly and patient. There was no hard sell - just good, practical advice. This is the way to gain - and keep - customers!

Booking was easy and service was great. Norrie in the Dundee branch was very friendly and put my dad at ease by explaining everything g he was doing and why.

Earwax removal
Visited to have ear wax removed which was done by Teressa at the Dundee branch, explained everything that was going to happen and she even stayed late to fit me in, I would recommend this service to anyone that requires this done
