Fantastic people and wonderful service
The reception lady was so lovely when welcoming us, she made us a drink as we waited for the audiologist.
The audiologist was also so friendly, once sat he explained everything to my 90 year old mum so well. The test was explained and done well. The results discussed in full and printed for her. The actual hearing aid was incredible, it made such a difference, mum could hear everything, including differentiating between noises when tested outside. It was fabulous, mum came away really considering a purchase, the price is really quite high and although the benefits would outweigh the price in a younger person, maybe not so much in her situation, but she is still definitely thinking about it. There was no hard sell at all. We left with everything we needed to make a decision, and also with some extra Werther's given to us by the audiologist.
A great experience and would highly recommend.
