Everyone at the Doncaster shop is welcoming and I feel we have the best service.

Fantastic reception staff!!!! Wonderful audiologist, so informative and ultra professional in a friendly, patient way because I had a lot of questions. Signed up for hearing aids straight away after years of NHS ones once I realised the difference in quality. I pick them up on Tuesday and am so excited to enter the world of clear, sharp hearing. Thank you David 😊

Had my first check up with Jan after ear wax removal last year, me thinking everything was fine I was soon advised there was a build up again but in no time at all Jan had it cleared. I explained to her that my old mum was having issues with her ears and in no time at all had an appointment booked for the very next day, needless to say the problem was dealt with, Mum's over the moon, these guys are great from Stepping through the doors they are super friendly, reassuring and professional and best of all they don't pressure you... So a big thank you to Jan and all at the Doncaster branch absolute stars.

From walking through the door I felt relaxed even though I was initially nervous. Met David he was brilliant, informative, and caring. Certainly thorough with all the tests but talked me through them. Never felt pressured and certainly no sales pitch. Just a genuine professional offering a first class service. Went for ears tested lovely staff .very informed about what they were going to do on hearing test .would highly recommend that anyone seeking advice or needing an appointment

I went to the Doncaster branch this morning for a hearing test with David Shaw, and found I had a build up of wax in both ears so he managed to fit me in with Jan French the ear care practitioner who removed the wax in a few minutes, she explained everything to me what was happening which put my mind at ease, the treatment was pain free and over with in a few minutes jan was a lovely lady to deal with would recommend her

Went in to Hidden Hearing for a check up, ended up having some earwax removed. Jan French, the ear care practitioner talked me through everything and how it would work before we started the procedure, made everything more comfortable, no pain whatsoever, although she did say I might experience some discomfort.

Went to Hidden hearing in Doncaster. Had an appointment with Jan Fench, she was very professional, she had my ears cleared in no time, a fast painless service and now my hearing is great. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

I booked earwax removal with Hidden Hearing Doncaster branch now that the NHS no longer provides this service, the procedure carried out by their in-house professional Jan was outstanding and engaging, I would recommend this branch and Jan in particular to anyone who requires an audiologist, first class.

Brilliant service 🤩

Jan was able to diagnose why I had lost hearing on the first appointment and had cleared my left ear of impacted wax pain-free. Two weeks later I returned to have the right ear wax removed which Jan very patiently did. She was also able to tell me the health of my ears and referred me to a GP for a check up. I can now hear clearly out of both ears and will never use ear buds again!!
