Audika - Doncaster 43/45 St Sepulchre Gate Recensioni

I am writing this review on behalf of my mum who has seen Kathryn today and could not praise her enough. Kathryn has been very helpful, spoke louder so I understand her. Great service.

From booking the hearing test the staff were warm welcoming and helpful, we went on the Wednesday for a very thorough hearing test with David he fully included my husband during the test explaining every step.we we called into hidden hearing on the Thursday to let them know that we accepted the terms David again answered any questions we had,on the Friday we collected the hearing aids again David went through everything and explained things fully and clearly. From reception to the audiologist everyone was friendly and professional, excellent service would highly recommend

Really friendly and welcoming. Very professional. Enough time is allocated for the appointments and you don't feel rushed. And always offered a cuppa :)

The staff team were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about any questions I had
I would recommend your team to anyone needing earing aids with out a shadow of a doubt

Very professional and friendly, first time having my hearing checked, Waleed kept me informed throughout the whole process.

Attended Doncaster store yesterday for hearing test , was a little sceptical as to if we would get the hard sell , but honestly was a fabulous experience had a free hearing test and was told I had very good hearing so no further intervention needed from hidden hearing. Would absolutely recommend

Used Hidden Hearing Doncaster for the first time for ear wax removal. Jan was very informative and professional and sorted my ears out with no problems. Good price for the service.

I had to have wax removal and the service was great.Jan was very professional, explained everything clearly and did the job in no time. Hearing test after cleaning, excellent service.

I recently had an appointment with Jan. I found her professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Explained everything about the test and despite being very nervous they made me feel relaxed.

I’ve been going to Hidden hearing for a year or so, and they’ve been absolutely great. I have persistent ear wax and weird shaped ear canals, but they always manage to get it sorted. Shout out to Jan French who always makes me feel at ease as well as giving great advice.

Good check up and service

Very professional service. Booked in the day before at short notice which was perfect. Definitely recommend if anyone is struggling with blocked ears.

The staff were very friendly and the experience was pleasant. As well as a full explanation about the procedure that allowed me to be comfortable following it.

The appointment was made swiftly for me, they were professional and adhered to the good practice guidelines. The audiologist was very good is finding out my hearing loss issues and my lifestyle which enabled them to recommended the type of hearing aids that would suit my needs best. I had done my research beforehand so learned what was currently available on the market.Unfortunatly Hidden Hearing do not publish their price list for the products they sell, consequently when I was given the cost of my recommendation I was a little shocked. I decided to go away and decide later, then found the same ones £2000 less from an other reputable company offering the same aftercare package. So don't be perswaded to part with any money until you are certain you are getting the best you can afford at the best price currently available. A good bit of advice is to seek out and independent audiologist in your area as they are non biased and will give you the best advice available without you spending anything and some even will let you trial some hearing aid for free before you make that very important purchase.

Very friendly, great advice and love the hearing aids. David and Janine are fab.

every thing was done with care and precision, aii was explained very clearly and in detail. Made to feel very comfortable.

I had a great experience, I have been experiencing migraines for the last 6 months and have been working though a list of possible causes. Davis Shaw explained everything very clearly and went above and beyond what I expected from a free hearing test. I would highly recommend his service.

I was in so much discomfort with ringing in my ear for weeks. And I booked a ear wax removal appointment , my ear practitioner Jan was so informative and polite with explaining everything. Within 2 minutes I was so relief! Thank you so much for this service.
