We attend Hidden Hearing in Derby. Teresa (who looks after all administration and appointments etc) is always so welcoming and friendly. We would be lost without her.

Have to say how good Teresa at Hidden Hearing, Derby is. My Dad has been having problems with his ears lately. We’ve had several visits to Hidden Hearing during the process of solving the issues. Teresa always helps massively with trying to get appointments that work all round, she welcomes everyone warmly - and all the customers know her! Dee also has helped us a lot. Both ladies have worked closely with hearing aid manufacturers to make my Dad’s life much better. So thank you both!

It is always so nice to go to Hidden Hearing in Derby . Theresa, the receptionist is so friendly and welcoming and always offers to get you a hot or cold drink . Dee, the audiologist is very, very patient and professional . She explains everything so clearly. I had the wax taken out of my ears last week and the new technician is lovely , just as gentle and patient as Laura the former technician who has now gone to train to be an audiologist I’m sorry I can’t remember the new technician’s name , but she was a lovely Asian lady who spoke perfect English. I always feel very calm on my visits, to Hidden Hearing not “all worked up” as I have been at another hearing place.

Coming from a background in music making and constantly being surrounded by sound and noise, I’ve become more aware of how easily hearing can be fatigued. At 30, I’m genuinely concerned about maintaining my hearing health, so I was really grateful to have the opportunity to get it tested. Thank you, Dee, for taking the time to check everything and ensure that there are no issues. It was very reassuring and useful just to have that peace of mind.

I recently visited Hidden Hearing for a hearing test, and I had a fantastic experience. The physician who conducted the test was incredibly kind and professional. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated their friendly approach and the calm atmosphere throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone looking for a caring and professional service!

I've been using Hidden Hearing in Derby for almost 2 years now and I'm always impressed at the professionalism and friendliness of the team who work here, Always get great service, always punctual and a big shout out to Dee and Teresa for making each visit such a pleasurable experience.

Went to appointment at the Babington Lane Derby branch this morning for annual checkup. As always, Theresa greets you as an old friend. Her charming friendly welcome and hospitality immediately puts one at ease. My appointment was started on time and my Audiologist Dee, efficiently ran through all my tests which thankfully indicated no further deterioration in my hearing. Her work is professional, efficient and friendly, accompanied by cheerful chatter and a genuine smile. There is never a rush with plenty of time to complete the appointment. I left happy, complete with my next appointment date, food for thought on the clearly explained potential upgrades, some filters, domes and batteries in addition to a cheery genuine farewell. Thanks to HH and especially my two lovely hearing angels!!!

Very well-organised establishment, they did gave me a phone-call service to remind me of my appointment and patiently gave me directions on how to get there including the professional I am having the appointment with.

Highly professional and kind people, a special mention to the receptionist (who I didn't get the chance to ask her name for) and Dee, the audiologist who did a thorough assessment and explained the results very well.

Dee was a really thorough and experienced specialist. She explained every detail perfectly.

Was struggling to hear right side and she sorted me out. And happy One Plan covered the repairs and very person. Happy to see them next year.

I had visited the shop two days previously for a routine appointment and on the way home discovered that one of my hearing aids was not working. The next day I telephoned and Theresa was very helpful in making me an appointment with Dee At this appointment Dee gave my aids a thorough clean and service and they have worked perfectly ever since.
