Hannah was very helpful and explained everything in detail, about the difference between the NHS device and the premium device that was on offer.
The tests and differences I was able to hear was great.
However, the cost is quite high, and as I am waiting for further tests on the NHS regarding my Tinnitus I have put on hold my decision.

It was on time and efficiently conducted.

Friendly reassuring staff who explain every step in both ear wax removal and hearing aid use. Thorough hearing test, followed by on-site trial of hearing aids so I could gauge the improvement. Loads of aftercare - reassurance that I can get help and advice all along the journey.

Very polite lady and effective assessment and advice

Started well. Were impressed with service. Seemed professional anf helpful. But after 4000£' before a year and with paid insurance, aids have not worked well. Several repairs with no support for heating whilst aid is sent out for 2 weeks plus. Seemingly, the expectation is to buy a new pair yearly???? Only 1 lady Audiologist at an appointment last year, at their special appointment office in Streatham even explained things that we thought we should have been told at the time of examination and fitting, or at the other visits resulting from difficulties. The emphasis seemed to be getting one to buy (more of the sell, rather than the reason). We are truly disappointed. We have a just about 2 years old 4000£ in ear oticon aid that is not working well. At our last appointment, we were told that it would be better to get an over the ear more updated one that would be better and cost another 4000+£, but wouldn't allow us a chance to even try it first even with them keeping our 4000£s ones. I was impressed initially, but have learned differently. Just wasted our hard earned savings.

Lovely helpful staff, who helped me out on my visit to Croydon for work, sorted me out an appointment, and delivered the service I needed very professionally.

Also the receptionist at Croydon is a lovely lady and so helpful

I cannot recommend Croydon’s branch of hidden hearing enough.
I recently had an accident which caused damage to my ear. Linda immediately ensured I was seen almost straight away. Her customer service is excellent from informing me of my appointment, following up & always showing concern & welcoming with a smile.
The audiologists I have recently seen have been so professional & given me the best care possible. I must mention Amy, Hannah & Rosie.
Rosie in particular has not only checked my ear for perforation and tested my hearing, she has also emailed me photos of my ear & audiology test results which I can then pass onto the ENT department. They go above & beyond. Nothing is too much trouble.

My specific needs were dealt with quickly and efficiently

Mr Alex Rodrigues was the ear care practitioner attending to my elderly Dad. Alex was professional, informative, patient regarding explaining each process. Also he took the time to make us feel comfortable. We have not stopped talking about him. Just ask for Alex if you ever get the opportunity. You won't regret it. He has such a lovely and respectful approach. Thank you so much.

Everything went well. Right from meeting the polite reception to ear checks by a very professional lady. The latter kept me in the loop all the time. Made me feel at ease. Explained the technical data succinctly. Very punctual and welcoming staff.
