The lady who looked after me was kind and efficient. However, as my hearing aids were sent away for repair, a replacement was not available. I was under the impression this was part of my contract.
The technician at Christchurch Audica is exceptionally professional in the service she provides. I felt total at ease and supported and have made designs based on my visit.

I have had my for three years
I have had my for three years, supplied and maintained by Hidden Hearing at Westbourne. When they amalgamated with Amplifon, I went to the Christchurch branch as I live there. I’ve had problems ever since I had the hearing aids, and had returned frequently but the problem was not resolved. My auditory canal is very narrow, and they kept popping out. Also, I could only hear clearly by pushing my fingers into my ears!
At Christchurch, the audiologist put the smallest earpieces on, and I was given a detailed description of a problem with my left ear. Since then, my hearing is much better, and they haven’t ‘popped out’ once!! The staff were excellent.
