I can only state that the customer service and clinical attention to helping me attain the best hearing provision was first rate. I would have given five stars but was unable to assess whether the price was justifiably so high, particularly after responding to an advert. claiming that prices were lower and comparing other competitors price range.

Easy to make initial appointment. Plenty of reminders. Greeted nicely. Full explanation of ear construction. Clear instructions to carry out many checks and examinations. Clear reasons for intervention from test results. Pleasant relaxed atmosphere keeps you relaxed. Thank you

I attended Hidden Hearing in Bridge of Allan on 25/1/24. This was by far the best decision I made. The staff all put me at ease as soon as I entered the building. I had a thorough test and I feel I have had my life back as does my family.
I would 100% recommend them.

Appointment in Mansfield Notts 30/08/2023, and on behalf of my husband and myself, thank you, Nabila, Akhtar, BSc  for a very patient, and fastidious examination of our hearing. We are both elderly, and appreciate that you hold a clinic once a week in Mansfield, as this saved us, making the journey to Chesterfield. Well done, hidden hearing, for the countrywide leaflet advertising, this free hearing test. We can recommend this provided service, and the extremely professional way this is carried out.

Having had Chesterfield Hidden Hearing for many years I am sooo impressed with my audiologist today…her name is Grace. She is so good and explains everything in clear detail…it was the best hearing check I’ve ever had. She also has so much patience and a wonderful personality… I hope that she stays at the Chesterfield branch. I also must say that Mandy the receptionist is very welcoming and they make a great team…Thank you both.

Firstly, all of the staff I met at the Chesterfield office, Grace, Jan & Mandy were all very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and caring. Jan performed the wax removal from both my ears and she proved to be a lady who does not give up until the job is done and complete to both our satisfaction. Grace performed the full technical audio procedures and tests and gave me the detail and advice I needed to make future decisions. A very up to date technical and completely pleasant experience. Finally, Mandy did an excellent job at reception with suitable bookings and made sure a drink was available on all occasions. In short total excellence at all levels. Thank you ladies for all your help.
