Staff were very polite and kind to my 92 year old mum.

I went to Hidden Hearing Bromley yesterday to have wax removed from my ears. It was the first time I had seen Tasha and she was excellent she was more thorough than I remembered from previous occasions.

She was warm, friendly, and very efficient. So a very positive experience.

I had a brilliant service from Tasha in the Bromley branch of Hidden Hearing.

I initially booked one appointment and Tasha is the perfect person to be looking after you and your ears given her calm presence and expertise on hearing and wax removal.

She ran through everything clearly and then the procedure was extremely easy and comfortable. It completely cleared my ears of wax and I had to revisit a couple of weeks later free of charge in order to safely clear my left ear.

Overall I would highly recommend Tasha at Hidden Hearing for wax removal and I will be visiting as a happy customer in future should the need arise.

Life changing is how I would describe being fitted with the latest technology in hearing aids. With practically no hearing in my right ear meeting with groups of friends in noisy places was difficult. Now I can join in. Thank you Guy.

Today, 11th January 2024, I popped into Hidden Hearing Bromley to make an appointment. I have lost one of my hearing aids and the other one would not work properly today. Guy, the audiologist wasn't available but I had no appointment. Helen was AMAZING! She sorted out my hearing aid in five minutes with her usual charm and grace.The hearing aid that wasn't working was really due to my lack of care. Helen quickly identified the problem, no fuss, no judgement. She is such a wonderful woman. I love this company. I have had my hearing aids since Feb 2023 and the people that work here are so special. They are are kind and easy going yet so professional at all times. I am so happy that I am under their care and tell all my friends to visit them. You should too if you have any hearing problem. These people are trustworthy and you will only get the best treatment from them. Guy is lovely and knows everything about ears and hearing problems.We have a gem in this company so use them. I had an ear wax removal procedure today. I was a little apprehensive on arrival but was soon set at ease by Justine who explained everything clearly and reassuringly. The wax plug was removed successfully without pain or discomfort. Thankyou Justine you were excellent!
