Audika - Bromley 46 East Street Recensioni

I had a very positive experience today at the Bromley branch, the lady who removed the wax was gentle and explained everything really well and had a very caring manner. I also have seen Guy for a hearing test previously and will see him again soon, also very personable and knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone having issues with hearing loss. Thanks very much.

Very professional and thoughtful service. I felt confident that I was in good hands.

So very friendly & helpful from Helen on the phone & then Guy fitting my hearing aids. Gave me back my confidence. Overall experience was really great!!
Would recommend Hidden Hearing.

Very friendly atmosphere a pleasure to go there all questions asked answer in terms you can understand and very good at making you feel comfortable at your visit

What made the experience great? I saw Linda in Bromley and she clearly loves her job and is very good at it! She was enthusiatic about ears and very professional, explaining everything, and gentle with the procedures too. And my hearing feels improved as well. Thanks!

I have been going to Hidden Hearing in Bromley for about 15 years. My hearing loss is quite severe, but the excellent advice I have received from Guy, the audiologist, has guided me to the best hearing aids for me. Guy has always been very patient, always willing to see me if I'm having any difficulties. There's no pressure to buy, I'm sure because the service speaks for its. Helen, his delightful receptionist, is also very willing to answer queries, arrange appointments in between annual check-ups. A brilliant duo!

I went into the shop in Bromley to collect my new hearing aids. The service was as always excellent. It was friendly & time was allowed to explain everything. The aids are proving excellent in use & I have an appointment for three weeks time for any necessary adjustments.
In preparation for the new hearing aids I had two sessions of Microsuction at the same shop, also highly recommended.

I saw Laura to have some wax removed. She was brilliant. Very calm, friendly and professional. I felt my ears were in safe hands.

I booked an ear wax removal procedure with hidden hearing for my mother.
Jessica was very professional and friendly. She explained everything very carefully and safety removed the wax.
A great service that I would recommend.

I has an ear wax cleaning procedure in bromley.
The ear care practitioner called Jessica was super amazing.
I noticed a big difference in my hearing after she cleaned my ears.
I would highly recommend this practise.

I have been using my hearing aids for six months and this visit was to assess my experience and consider whether any adjustments were necessary.
The service was professional, friendly and informative. The audiologist took time to explain things when required. In practice my hearing aids have proved very effective.

Guy is a vey nice person to work with & I'm delighted to finally have hearing aids that are rechargeable, because I used to find it frustrating when the batteries ran down at inconvenient moments. However, the hearing aids themselves don't really live up to the expectations I was given of them.

I had an ear wax removal procedure with Linda Morgan. last Saturday, 25th June. I was thrilled with her professionalism, detailed explanations at every element of the procedure and gentleness in removal of ear wax. She is a credit to Hidden Hearing. An absolute star
