Just attended my annul check-up and found Rosie efficient and informative as usual and that combined with a lovely personality was a bonus for me. A secondary appointment for wax removal was carried out very professionally by Abbey.

This was a very competent and thorough audiology check. Each step was clearly explained and the aids on offer well demonstrated. Cannot be faulted.

Having mistakenly gone for my appointment on the wrong day, I was still given excellent treatment as they went out of their way to fit me in.

Previous to my appointment I suffered from an ear infection, Rosie adjusted my hearing aids taking the infection in account of that, my recent appointment was to readjust after the infection was cured. Very patiently Rosie put everything back on track. Many thanks Rosie.

Knowledgeable specialist, explaining things well. Would be nice to be able to give some idea of issue when booking appointment online. Cannot find Westbury-on-Trym address so have tagged to Whiteladies Road.

5 stars given- I recently had an appointment for micro-suction for my ear at the Clifton branch.
The appointment went smoothly with an added hearing test too and my ear is perfect again.

Team communicative, respectful , friendly, open and so professional. My appointment went smoothly. I encourage people to be brave and do the hearing test with them. My test result is good and I am happy to see them again in 2 years. Also, the office is super clean, fresh and lovely.

Very welcoming place, they make you feel comfortable while waiting in a nice and bright space. Rosie is a great professional, she explains the whole process with details and with a big smile on her face. Lovely experience.

I was apprehensive about my visit. I knew that my hearing had deteriorated and was expecting that hearing aids would be recommended.
Rosie quickly put my mind at rest. The hearing check was comprehensive and the results discussed thoroughly. Wearing the aids for the first time was a revelation!
I have worn them for nearly a week now and the difference in better hearing is immeasurable. I spend much of my week in a busy environment and I’m getting used to using the Oticon Companion app to try the aids in different settings.
A huge bonus has been Rosie’s ability to fine tune my aids to address the initial shrill sound from my acoustic guitar. The Music Programme that was added to my app has restored my enjoyment in the music I play.
The overall post purchase support available is exemplary and you feel secure in knowing that any issue can be addressed.

Iwould recommend Callum to everyone, he was so polite so focused on my husbands hearing, in what is quite, an effort with my husband,he gave the impression that he cared about his work and the people he was testing.
