Debbie at the Shenfield Hidden Hearing branch, was so friendly, calm, reassuring and professional. I was very impressed and grateful to be able to walk out being able to hear so much better, after some wax removal. I am very grateful. Lots of advice too!

Availed myself with the free hearing assessment! Ellen in the Brentwood office was very good explaining how and what she was doing. I will also add that the receptionist (can’t recall her name) was very helpful and made me feel welcome. For me the only downside was the cost of the hearing aids they were out of my budget at this time!

I had an excellent service at the Shenfield branch. Eva was extremely efficient in making the booking and Debbie removed the large amount of wax in both my ears with no difficulty. Debbie explained the whole procedure and made the whole process very calm.

I had Debbie from the Brentwood Branch remove my ear wax. She made time to see me as an emergency in her lunch break which was greatly appreciated. She explained everything made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend.
