Maria on reception is so efficient and pleasant and goes the extra mile always. I saw Rebecca who was also very pleasant and very efficient. She obviously knows what she is doing.This is the best I’ve been able to hear for 11 months.

Maria and Rebecca are two lovely ladies and very friendly. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing. I have been going for a long time now and have finally got my husband to agree to join me for hearing tests as his previous hearing people were rubbish.
Rebecca certainly knows her job thoroughly and has obviously been well trained.

Ever since we first contacted Hidden Hearing some three years ago to assist with my elderly mother’s declining hearing, this delightful company together with all its friendly staff have been nothing short of excellent, in every sense. Our first consultant was the charming, knowledgeable and kind Tamsin Masterson, who was in due course succeeded by our present expert, Colin Laskey whilst he is most ably assisted by the ever-helpful Maria who answers all our needs for on-going accessories and spares. Colin has been terrific in helping my mother with her hearing aids and seems always willing to call in, despite his endlessly busy schedule. I can thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing and in particular, the Bedford branch. And no, in case you’re wondering, I’m not a shareholder of HH; just a very satisfied customer!

I am impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff at my branch and the time willingly spent during my three visits explaining and demonstrating my hearing aids.

James Freeston was a joy. Patient, unhurried, no hard sell, plenty of options, thorough exam and I could go on.
This company is head and shoulders above the high street companies I've tried.
Mum's 92, very deaf and frail, all taken into account by the excellent James.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

James Freeston has made my mothers year! She bought hearing aids in 2020 and has never really worn them till she met James. He started from the beginning and reset them. She now wears them all the time, even forget to take them out for bed! He told her that his patient was the most important person and that her comfort was above everything else. She get special, listened to and understood in a way she hadn’t before. Thank you James my mother now can hear everything so much so we have to be careful what we say!!

From my very first visit to the Bedford branch to have my hearing aids fitted and on each and every follow up visit Maria has been outstanding in her customer care and service. Maria is polite, caring, enthusiastic and always has a smile on her face. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I am made to feel like family each time I visit.
Maria is a credit to the company and Hidden Hearing is lucky to have her.
On my most recent visit it was my first contact with Lindsey. I found her warm, caring and very approachable.

Had an amazing experience for my ear wax removal services provided by Roopa Samani. She gave me a lot of info about ear wax and why my ears were clogged so badly. She was honest with me throughout both of my appointments and left both of my ears clean and I was able to hear so much better than I did when I arrived. Love her! and would definitely go to her again. All the staff are welcoming from the receptionists to the lady that tested my ears prior to my appointments. It was worth it! - KN

I had quite a build up of ear wax, and have narrow ear canals so it was difficult to remove it. Roopa managed it over two sessions which was very helpful, thanks

I was very nervous, but the Ear care practitioner was very kind and careful the entire time and the whole appointment went very smoothly.

Had wax removal this morning, Roopa explained everything very clearly, took pictures and videos of the before and after, highly recommend them for anyone who has and hearing issues, very professional polite staff.

Hearing Aids? Not for me I thought. But a neighbour got some from Hidden Hearing so I thought - bite the bullet.
And WOW what a fabulous experience. They are life changing. The hearing test was so impressive. The care and attention to detail of my audiologist Rebecca (a superstar) was awesome.
Now? I am proud to be a wearer of HH aids and tell everyone. No stigma just a big smile.

We had a very good experience at the Bedford Branch. The welcoming and efficient receptionist Maria, knew exactly who we were when we arrived, and offered us both a coffee. I had an issue with paying for parking, Maria very kindly gave me pound coin so I could go back out and sort it out. The audiologist, Lindsey, was very efficient and thorough. She explained the procedure in a very professional yet understandable manner. We felt very confident in what she was doing. We will definitely be returning in the future.
