Today I saw Jessica Kelly for ear wax removal. She was kind, caring, and explained everything to me thoroughly in a very professional way. I will definitely go back and highly recommend Hidden Hearing as a company. It was easy to book online and I was called within 15 mins to confirm. Very professional service.

Jessica!..Can’t praise her enough. I was struggling, both ears blocked for over a week. I was miserable. Jessica welcomed me in and lifted my spirits instantly, she was so comforting and completed the microsuction with complete success. I can hear again, therefore Jessica is now my new hero. We met Andy as my wife’s hearing was getting worse.
From the moment we arrived with Amy on reception through to the hearing test and the fitting of Sandies hearing aids, nothing was too much trouble and the professionalism and care of Andy was amazing. We went to another “high st” audiologist (Spec Savers) and i would avoid them and head for Hidden Hearing to get the most professional advice and care. We did and we will never look back. Sandies now joins in conversation and has so much confidence that had been lacking over a year or so.

I had a problem with my hearing aid and I was given an appointment the same day. Andy Collis sorted it out within 10 minutes. A relief as I didn’t want to be without my hearing aid at work. I’ve been going to HH in Bath, Andy Collis, since 2012 and I can’t recommend them enough.

Jessica did a great job on explaining the procedure. I had earwax removed that was making me deaf in one side for the last month. I would highly recommend this service it was straightforward and simple.

Fantastic service

Both Andy Collis, Hearing Aid Audiologist, and the receptionist (apologies, I forget her name) were lovely and welcoming. I was seen promptly and was given a thorough consultation based upon my answers to questions asked. I was given sound advice and was able to purchase at the branch the recommended product to alleviate my symptoms at a fair, competitive price.

I attended Hidden Hearing Clinic with some apprehension, as I had never had my ears cleaned out before with a mini vacuum cleaner, but I should not have worried because the operative explained the procedure, and completed it expertly, so I had no pain or discomfort and when she had finished I could then hear with my right ear! Wonderful! Such relief!

Excellent appointment with efficient hearing test as well as perfect cleaning and maintenance of hearing aids to sort out a minor problem.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new hearing aids. The service I received at the Bath Branch of Hidden Hearing was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful business to anyone having problems with the heir hearing!

I was given two appointments to clear my earwax and have a hearing test. This involved two visits to the Bath branch, where I was treated by an excellent practitioner. All for the price of £60.00. My ears are now nice and clear.
