Auction House UK - Auction House South West Recensioni

Easy to deal with easy to bid
Pleasant people

Bought a property through Auction House which has been a very good experience. I would like to thank Katie for managing the sale, she was always easy to reach, extremely professional and went over and beyond to help with our queries. Would recommend this company and Katie.

Our contact was Katie. She is honest, straightforward and says it as it is. For us, that was really important. And she totally delivered. Katie replied to every text and email super quickly. All her recommendations were worthy. We recommend Auction House South West.

Pragmatism, knowledge and a high degree of empathy shown to both ourselves as buyers and the client as the seller made this purchase straightforward and without pain…… many thanks to Katie and the SW team. Highly recommend

Professional, personable and efficient service from start to finish!

Personable, friendly and efficient.

Everyone there was so so helpful. Unlike some other big name auctioneers they made us feel very special!

Great communication and clear response to any questions. Could not fault in any way.

I found Auction House to be very helpful I was struggling with registering to bid to the point of not bothering however Katie guided me through it and I became the new owner of a bungalow which I’m very happy with
Thanks to all at Auction House particularly Katie

We were informed every step of the journey, if we were unsure we were told right away

A very good experience from start to finish.

Not as stressful as I suspected and overall would recommend using auction house to buy a property if you are thinking of getting in to the property game.

The whole process of buying through an Online Auction was easier than i imagined, and with a tight 14 day deadline, Priscilla managed to put me in touch with a solicitor at short notice, really going the extra mile.
Thank you South West Auction Team

Always someone helpful on the end of a phone x

Very good advice , likeable and energetic Chris Mervyn…and kept me informed as to how it was progressing.
Very pleased to have sold the properties.
I thought the auctioneer was excellent too.

Both times I have used the auction house it’s been a very easy process from start to finish. The staff are all really lovely to deal with and always keep in touch along the process.
I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Auction House South West were brilliant, they made the process so much less daunting. Provided far more honesty, flexibility and help than any estate agent has for us. Chris M went way above and beyond supporting us and ensuring everything went smoothly. I would 100% recommend them

The communication and advice was great throughout our purchase. Katie was very friendly and helpful, and assisted us more than our own solicitor. We would definitely be happy to purchase again using Auction House and recommend them.

The process was very straightforward, Chris Mervyn was very responsive and talked me through the process and responded quickly to any queries.
The property was sold for a great price and it was really helpful to have set timescales and everything happening when it should. Made selling the property a really stress free experience. Also Olivia was great at driving the price up at auction!

Fast, personal, efficient service.
Thanks to Chris

Great service! We appointed Auction House Southwest to sell our property. Chris Mervyn provided a fabulous service from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the process until the property was sold. Thank you.
