Amazing service and advice from true professionals. Fast response to our request to consider putting the property into an auction. Something we had not done before. Excellent advice re pricing and procedure. Such great staff out in the field and in the office. Very reassuring.

We made enquiries about an auction approach. We had a number of viewing and some viewers were petty, making negative remarks about a 24 year old kitchen and fresh bathroom although people put in new baths stc. Seens a buyer trying to lower everything so more goes into the modifications. However, it was sold low, but slightly above the guide.

Dan Lawrence has been excellent and seens always enthusiastic and works hard to seen to match the clientele to the building of land etc. He is in contact help the acheive best possible outcome.
Conventional markets are slow and why this is the case in 2025!

I feel it’s best way to save costs and in a way , avoid time wasters as people are checked for funding and is legally binding if the are winning bidder and auction can finish early meaning angen mortgages are redempted faster and therefore save & save jnfer£$t! We await for next 28 days

If you wish to sell through Auction House Wales, then I cannot recommend them enough.

I needed to sell a plot of 48 acres of land in Pembrokeshire, South Wales. Marc Morrish, a joint director at Auction House Wales, managed to eventually come up trumps. The land was particularly difficult to sell due to a SSSI designation, but working with Marc, we came up with a marketing strategy that, in my honest opinion, became the main driving factor that eventually led to a successful sale.

I would also like to add that Marc was particularly accommodating in ensuring that the contract we had as a condition of sale was clearly explained, so that I new exactly what fees I would need to sacrifice as a result of the successful sale.

In March 2024 I decided to sell a commercial property by Auction. Having never sold a property by Auction previously I decided to obtain three valuations from three South Wales based property Auction Houses.
During the process two of them came across very poorly indeed in fact one company valued it at 170k less than we opted for as a reserve and the other valued it less than 90k.
From the minute I met Marc Moorish from AHW it was evident that he knew the industry inside out and was vastly experienced which gave us immense confidence.
After engaging the services of AHW it was a very smooth and faultless experience. Communication from Marc and Lesley in the office was outstanding at all times.
On 1st May 2024 the property was sold for 64k over the reserve price which was a fantastic result.
I would highly recommend AHW the whole process was a very positive experience.
One other bonus is that all the other Auction Houses in South Wales charge 2% commission whist AHW only charge 1%.
