Was sold a non working product
Was sold a non working product, upon returning same day for a refund, I was informed they didnt even have the ability to test it, admitting that it was sold to me untested.

The team was very responsive and quickly helped me address some issues when ordering/refunding.
Delivery itself was quick and arrived on time.
Condition of the disc and game was excellent with no issues at all. Given the slightly older game I purchased, I thought it would at least have some noticeable wear and tear, but no. Perfect condition.
Very good overall. 11/10.

I got it in the end but the manual it got shipped with came all stuck together and they said I pick one up from Bankstown for another one. Why couldnt they just ship another one out?

Wrong item, easy return
Sent the wrong item (earlier version of the same product) and it was in awful condition despite not having a condition label. At least the return was easy, but the two versions of the item look quite different to eachother - using stock images is not really acceptable here.
