A real let down. We took a chance as we couldn't find any examples of the adventures. We gifted this book to our kids for Christmas to spark some fun family days. When it was time for our first advent... Leggi di più

Great service
I was super excited to order this bundle, slightly disappointed with the shipping fees to NZ. But glad I got it and can’t wait to get started exploring the adventures 🤩

The sent book unfortunately does not satisfy me!
The sent book unfortunately, it’s not the original one I was expecting; the cover is different, and it also arrived without the box that should have been included.
This was meant to be a Christmas present and I’m quite disappointed by this mix-up. I asked in customer service assistance in processing a return and obtaining a full refund. No answer yet!

Amazing service & product
I ordered the adventure challenge couples edition as an engagement gift for a friend. She is so happy with it, as was I.
The company was so helpful when I had an issue and went above and beyond to fix it.
I would definitely recommend this company and product.
Five stars 😊

I received my items after 30 days of purchased.
After 4 weeks,I received an email saying there was something wrong with the WH and they need to confirm my shipping address. I state to them in the email as this was a wedding gift I need it within 3 days if possible.
In the end did not received my gift on time.
This is their error for not noticing this sooner, how come it took them a month to realise something was wrong with the shipping on the WH side. Make a better system to fix this.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the delay and inconvenience this caused, especially with such an important gift. This situation is not reflective of our usual standards, and we’re taking steps to prevent this from happening again. An agent is reaching out to you now to help make this right. We appreciate your toughtful review, and your patience and understanding
Fast transaction
The purchase was easily done online. However, the shipping cost may need to be varied depending on the item ordered. I ordered the small family connection cards but was quoted about $13 for shipping (if I remember correctly). Otherwise, I look forward to using these with the family.

Wouldn’t buy again.
The book arrived damaged only days before Father’s Day. I was told I would get a 25% refund…
Also, it doesn’t really scratch off with the plastic coin provided / a coin like I thought it would (like a scratchie ticket).
Wouldn’t buy again.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that your Father's Day order arrived with some damage. We can see that an agent has helped you with the refund they offered you because of it, but we are sorry to also hear about the issue with the scratcher! We are having an agent reach out to you now to look into this for you.
The books are amazing
The books are amazing, and so are the mini card packs, the only problem I had is with the couples edition book the mini instal photos are slightly too big for the book itself so they stick out over the edge of the writing spot

A little disappointed
The package was delivered on time and fine. I was just surprised at how unimpressive the packet looks. It's a tiny box that's looks like it cost me $10-15 instead of the $44 I paid. I bought this as a fun wedding gift but don't think it looks like much to hand to a newly married couple. I'll look into returning it as I think there were other options on the market that looked more sizeable and impressive.
