WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Wouldn't have even given them a 1 star rating but had to to proceed with review!
I ordered makeup and brushes for my wedding, checking very carefully the
dispatch and shipping times so it would arrive in time.....I got married over a month ago and the order arrived today! It took them over a month to even dispatch my order.
Worst customer service experience I've ever had, endless emails completely ignored but then several email survey requests to review their products and customer service.... well,
here's your review! You are the worst company I've ever dealt with.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

F**KING AWFUL. Customer service is appalling, they lie to you about shipping times and then completely ignore your contact attempts. Wanted a refund but was ignored so bad no choice but to support a sh**ty company. The site states the shipping and processing together will take no more than 8 days. ITS BEEN 8 WEEKS, and I still haven’t received. Do not buy online from here.

Don’t buy from them. Pretty sure they’re fraudsters, my items haven’t even shipped it’s been 3 weeks now and just a generic response to my email and now being ignored. Blatant false advertising of 2 day shipping. Gonna get my bank to charge back because this is appalling customer service. Expected more from you Morphe.

Placed and confirmed my order on 30/08/2021 and it hasn’t even been shipped! I sent an email on 15/09/2021 with an almost immediate response of:
“ Thank you for reaching out!
I can see from our systems that your order is taking a bit longer than planned. We recently experienced a large volume of orders into our fulfillment center, and it’s causing unexpected delays.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number by the end of the week.
We appreciate your patience.

That week I has been & gone and I still haven’t received shipping confirmation. Just a daily automatic email saying my order is delayed. Sounds like the company is having issues but a little transparency and actual timelines will go a long way. Also, stop calling me babe.

I plan to contact PayPal or my bank for a charge back if I don’t receive a response from my most recent email sent 20/09/2021, by the end of THIS week. I want my products but the longer I wait, the less faith I have in Morphe.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

I've sent multiple emails and got generic replies back. It's been over 3 weeks since I ordered and they haven't sent anything yet. I've provided my details and what information I what yet nothing happens. Send my items or give me a refund..... SIMPLE. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use covid 19 as an excuse, it's illegal and immortal.

Ive brought 6 or so items back in August 2021 via the website and my order status is still sitting on the shelf it seems ive emailed multiple times for them to tell me it'll be shipped with 5 - 10 days due to delays that was over 20 days ago. So when i rang at the beginning of this week they told me not to expect shipping to occur until the end of September beginning of October which is ridiculous worst customer service ive had with any makeup brand. When i told them i wasnt happy they told me and i quote "well next time get off your butt and come into store" ... 1. There wont be a next time and 2. My closest store is over a 2 days drive away.

i bought their self tanning drops which do not work at all. i went back to their store & was told to bring in the receipt & i would get a refund. a week later i came back with the receipt & was told they can’t refund me because i don’t have the self tanning drops with me, however the week before i was told i didn’t need to bring it in as i had used the product. i have to travel fourty minutes to get to their store which is already a pain but now they are making me travel another fourty minutes again to receive a refund.

Bought a waterproof eyeliner. The inside was all broken and kept falling out or pushing in. Barely able to use it. Very disappointed.

I brought from you for christmas for my partner and your products are very nice. The brushes and the morphe palettes look incredible and my girlfriend loved them.

Service was also great when I asked about shipping as I had a slight delay. I will be buying from you again.

I love buying my makeup from this site, they are affordable and offer a variety of products which are great to experiment with.
I just wish they didn't use Hermes as they delay your order and can take so long to arrive which is the only thing that annoys me but all in all they offer great eyeshadow palettes and lip products.

When I first ordered I was expecting a huge delay because of the Covid situation but to my surprise only 7 business days later and my order arrived! It arrived in tact and completely perfect! I couldn’t of asked for a better transaction! Their packaging was amazing to ensure there would be no damage, I even got an email asking how my order arrived and if I needed assistance to email them. au.morphe.com is the place I recommend highly! The products are amazing the communication is astounding and their service is phenomenal
