Best Hearing Clinic we could find.
We have been using Attune Hearing in Urraween Hervey Bay for a year now, after trying out other Pushy, hard sell, hearing clinics.
upon getting our 1st yearly check up we received the same friendly, Polite, easy going Service and Advice from the same professional two Ladies at this clinic, we are very happy with their service to us.
Last year i called in to Townsville Attune Hearing while on holidays just for some batteries, i got exactly the same service as i got from my Attune Hearing in Hervey Bay.

A great team
I felt extremely comfortable, right from the first phone call.
Kerry is a caring receptionist, with a calming voice, putting me at ease.
Ann is understanding and knowledgeable , also with a relaxed and friendly manner.
I was not hurried through the appointment, but given ample opportunity to ask questions.
I left the appointment feeling acknowledged and understood.
( I have a health condition which affects my speech, so this is important to me)
Thankyou Kerry and Ann, you are a great team.

Bert Wicks Attune Review
I have been using Attune for the last 4 years as my hearing specialist. They have been tremendous. In recent months, my walking ability has diminished severely. I, now 88, use a 4 wheel walker & electric wheel chair. Transport is a big problem, & today, Ann made a home visit for me. She repaired & adjusted both aids at home. The result was outstanding. What a wonderful outcome Bert and it really does show how our clinical hearing teams are willing to assist their clients, and what better way to show this, than by going to your home to make your repairs. From the phone call to make the appointment to the end of the hearing test I could not fault anything. Shame my hearing wasn't as good. Would certainly recommend Attune Hearing HB.

First time having hearing aids and very happy.
Very helpful and easy to understand. All my questions dealt with clearly and patiently. This was my first experience with having hearing aids fitted and I am very happy with the result. I would recommend attune with confidence.

I recently had a hearing test done. The first thing I noticed was how friendly the staff where. Going in for the test was easy everything was explained and I was really at ease with the whole experience.

With Kerry to welcome me when I arrived and to called by name I felt that I entered a very warm friendly environment.
When Ann came out and welcomed me into her office. The atmosphere was very relaxing and she took a personal interest in my hearing issues and I was treated very respectfully and answered all my questions so I understood exactly what she was saying. I left there extremely happy and satisfied I received the best possible care. I am confident that any issues that I have in the future Ann will be there for me to sort them out.
