3 year wait in my hometown for a paediatrician - DOCTO have helped me in 2 weeks.
Having assessments completed and needing a paed to diagnose ADHD and prescribe medication. Constantly being told by my local health district that the wait is long, and at one point they agreed that it seems they have forgotten about my son’s referral.
I was hesitant at first, and I knew no one would had used this service. I bit the bullet, and booked a consult with a paed. I provided everything including letters from my son’s teachers to support the need for help as I had exhausted all options for assistance. I met Dr Khosravi via Telehealth, and he was amazing. He listened to my concerns, was extremely thorough with the information I provided as well as getting updated information from myself.
The team have saved me having to travel 4 hours to the city, with a newborn to see a paed for help with my son.
The process was so easy, the times available are so flexible, after work hours, even weekends.

Doctor didn’t listen and admin had to ask many times for my scan results. The duty doctor was trying to recommend something completely different to what my Gp had been saying. Just poor experience overall

Dr.Cassie very attentive to my eye problem. She checks on me even after the consult. I would really recommend them.

I was looking to get a medical appointment for my young daughter and was struggling to find something on the same day for an urgent appointment, after calling 6 clinics I went online to look up online doctors and found DOCTO, within a few minutes I was chatting to Dr Jon and had a referral in hand within 30 minutes.

Fast! Dr Jon was lovely to talk to. Great to get the help we needed when we’re on holidays away from our GP.

Arriving at my holiday accommodation I realised late evening that I’d left some vital medication at home. I was recommended the Docto site by a local pharmacist. I accessed the site, followed the instructions and within minutes was speaking online with a doctor (Dr Jon). After a brief, warm and friendly chat with me he contacted the pharmacy and arranged a direct email of the script immediately. I had the medication within 30 mins of beginning the process. And the doctor then sent a follow up confirmation text and email. What a relief. The process exceeded my expectations for helpfulness and clarity and efficiency. Dr Jon and Docto both highly recommended.

Very fast and efficient to get booked. Notifications were on time and the platform works in-browser, no app download required. Very happy!

An amazing service. We live in a regional area and it is hard to get appointments with specialists without travelling 4 hours. We were able to get a much needed paediatrician appointment within 2 weeks, along with follow up. The doctor was fantastic, and was able to provide a report back to our GP to follow up a number of recommendations. The receptionist was attentive and was able to answer any questions I had quickly. Highly recommend.

I have used this service on multiple occasions as it is so much easier to talk with a doctor through this method than booking an appointment up here in the Pilbara. We can wait between 7-10 days for a simple appointment.
Each time I have used this service the doctors I have had have a genuine care for you and have been so helpful in all aspects of my health care requirements (script renewal, certificates and general wellbeing).
