I am moving house and needed somewhere to store my belongings. After doing my research and asking friends and family for recommendations, a good friend suggested Attic. It was the best option I had come across, especially after hearing about their fast check-in process and how informative and helpful the staff were.

I completely agree with her recommendation. The staff at the Enfield branch were great! very friendly, efficient, and professional throughout the process. They made everything quick and straightforward. The pricing was also excellent, especially with the 3-month commitment, which offered great value for money.

One feature I really liked was the app, which gives you 24-hour access to your unit directly from your phone. There's no need to pay extra for padlocks, and the on-site barrier access is also managed through the app once you've paid and signed up as a customer. Everything is conveniently controlled in one place, making access simple and hassle-free. I also felt reassured knowing the facility is monitored by 24-hour CCTV, so I had no concerns about the safety of my belongings. Staff also mentioned if there are any issues with our storage unit they would be in contact asap!

They also mentioned they have a delivery service on site, so if you aren't going to be home you can get your parcels delivered to them and you can collect during staff working houses. It was also a plus that you can purchase more moving boxes, bubble wrap and packing from the reception shop if needed.

Overall, I had a great experience at check in. I would definitely recommend Attic to anyone looking for secure, convenient, and affordable storage.

Attic is a wonderful place to store your things , so high tech that I trusted my dad to use his phone as I’m useless but with the right knowledge it’s very easy to learn , all great mod cons nothing to be unhappy about . I was well looked after by all the team at attic and the space is amazing and I even have a nice light with double doors too, a lot to learn but can be taught in mins , very easy app to work , and attic is nice and dry and clean and very welcoming , a lot of thought has gone into this establishment. Thank you to all the staff for helping me out with my storage.

This was our first experience of using a self-storage place. The staff, Gosia and Artas, were welcoming, friendly and very helpful from the start. You have access to your unit 24/7 and Gosia and Artas showed us how to use the App through which you can access the unit, lifts, trolleys, doors etc anytime. The building looks brand new and is nicely equipped- even the loos are good! Would definitely recommend

Chris.K at reception was an absolute dream, explained pricing packages and showed us how to use the app for access patiently. I would recommend this place to anyone as its great value for money.

The staff at attic Enfield [Gosia & Artis] were really welcoming and accommodating. I showed them a quote I had just received from another storage company and they were able to exceed expectations and offer me double the space of storage for a fantastic price. I’d highly recommend attic Enfield. It’s also super modern & clean & storage units have lights unlike other places.
