Mohammed & Adel made me feel very…
Mohammed & Adel made me feel very welcome a sa new customer and showed a level of customer care that I've not had from another other storage facility. They built a bespoke package for me that fitted my budget and needs and everything was quickly setup and available for my use. Top marks all round, a very happy customer here.

Top Notch - Brazy service!
I recently used Attic Storage and couldn't be happier with the experience. Mo, Stacey, and Adel were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From my initial enquiry to moving in, they provided exceptional support and made everything so easy.
Mo was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, helping me choose the ideal storage unit without any hassle. Stacey's organisational skills were top-notch, and she kept everything running smoothly with excellent communication. Adel was a lifesaver on moving day, handling my items with great care and efficiency.
The storage facility itself is impressive—clean, secure, and very convenient to access. The team's dedication to outstanding customer service really makes Attic Storage stand out. Artic storage is not the one....
Artic storage is not the one....
There is better elsewhere who, don't increase the charges every 6 months. They are OK when you can pay and there are different rules for people. And some of the staff use underhand tactics to secure payments. On the surface they are OK but just ask people that have been there from the beginning and you will find that their experience is not necessary a pleasant one.

Attic Storage Beckton ticks all boxes
From Day 1 when looking for a cheaper alternative to my storage facility, I found Attic not only had a cheaper option, but a bigger unit, automated access via a mobile app, plus 24 hours access. I was made to feel very welcome & Stacey Arnold the Assistant Store Manager was especially helpful sorting the contract & showing me around. So very pleased & happy with the service. My little daughter was especially impressed with the clean, luxury toilet.

Can’t praise enough
Can’t praise enough. Shown how to do everything by Adel. Simple sign up process and full explanation. This site is so easy to use and access your space. Must mention the lady who booked my appointment, she was brilliant in informing me of all the options. Signed up for a year with good discounts. Can’t go wrong here. All new as well.

Really great deals and easy to access…
Really great deals and easy to access storage unit. Honoured online quote at sign-up. Adeel explained everything clearly from the beginning of contract and even explained how we could get more discount if paying full upfront for the annual contract.
Was a smooth one year of renting. Served me well.
Adeel and Stephen also helped me to do a smooth checkout and processed the deposit return too which returned to my bank really quickly.
I would defo recommend using their facilities if storage space is required 👌
