My experience with Atom Tickets was extremely disappointing. Even after the theater manager approved my refund, Atom Tickets refused to resolve the issue. I even offered to connect them directly with the manager to verify everything, but they had no interest in making that happen. They ignored my emails and messages and made no genuine attempt to listen or fix the problem. The lack of communication and customer service was completely unacceptable. A company should stand behind its customers, but that clearly didn't happen here. I would never use Atom Tickets again. 0/10 stars—forever.

Great app and amazing customer service. They were quick to help me with a booking issue and quickly helped me find a solution where the theater in person would not even consider talking to me about the mix up. Will be using them for all future tickets and movie nights out! Thanks so much!

The representative investigated the issue, identified that the problem was actually caused by a system error, and escalated the case immediately. What impressed me the most was the speed of the resolution. I was told the issue could take 1–2 days to resolve, but my account was updated within just a few hours, and I was able to purchase the exact tickets I wanted for the movie, theater, and showtime of my choice. I couldn't make my showtime and when I tried to reschedule I was not able too. I tried calling the theater like Atom said and no one at the theater was able to help me but had the ability to hang up on me when I called 7 times. The company may want to get it together regarding their customer service and support. It was a bad experience so I wont be going back.

Hi, the real question is
How come payment went through without the payment conformation window? , it just got charged my card, while i was distracted by a call, all i remember was selecting a seats and boom. please check, you guys may have some bug in your system
+And about the refund, you should be able to revert payment without deducting service fee or whatever in these scenarios, all happened within a second as an accident( check the timestamp 4:50 PM EST-ordered and cancelled ). you can tell its not intentional purchase. I wouldn’t recommend this sloppy service to anyone, one more frustrated customer

The promotions for $5 with T- Mobile Tuesdays we always have issues with payment method not accepting then they want was to submit a request . And still had problems after the claim it was my account was blocked . The payment method finallly work just for me to get the wrong showtime time . T - Mobile needs to rearrange the movie perk to someone else .

I was not able to reach the ticket ever. Nor was I able to reach the concession ticket. The agent said I purchased a full price popcorn and a five dollar popcorn which I would’ve never done intentionally. I’m just very disappointed with a customer service of Atom and will not be able to recommend it to others, unfortunately.

Atom tickets provided me help and support even when my inconvenience was not their fault at all. They made me feel supported and heard. They made my rescheduling experience much better after I had to leave a movie early.
