I have had a very positive, helpful and accommodating experience with Atlas Travels a few times. Recently I’ve had a very very helpful & pleasant experience with Omar who is one of the sales providers/advisors. Due to some challenges on our side, I had to keep on changing my travel dates for my family’s needs and each time Omar assisted us and eventually made sure that our travel itinerary was in accordance to our needs.
All in all Atlas Travels has demonstrated an excellent and fantastic service. Keep it up👍

I recently booked a trip from London to Paris(DISNEYLAND) with Atlas Travels, and I couldn't be happier with their service. My agent, Ayoub, provided a full package that included flights, transfers, and a hotel with breakfast. I traveled with my two young kids, both under 11, and the experience was exceptional.

From the moment we were picked up in a charming Tesla cab, which my son absolutely loved, the entire trip was smooth and rewarding. Ayoub secured us a fantastic deal and his attention to detail was evident throughout. The customer service was outstanding, making us feel incredibly comfortable and well taken care of.

What truly impressed me was Ayoub's dedication and integrity. In the middle of the night, he informed us that our cab would be five minutes late due to an accident on the motorway. This level of commitment to keeping us informed and ensuring our satisfaction speaks volumes about the quality of service at Atlas Travels.

First time I have used a travel agent, and was recommended Atlas Travel. At first, I rang them up, they took some of my details and stated I will receive a call back from an expert, which was exactly the case. The call came through the following day from Mehtab. I was extremely indecisive in the location I wanted to travel, as was booking for my honeymoon. Mehtab has been extremely patient from day 1, and it took me a couple of weeks to eventually decide the destination. Mehtab provided many location options for the various locations I mentioned. Extremely professional throughout the process, providing all the necessary information and is certainly an asset to Atlas. If it wasn't for Mehtab, I probably wouldn't have continued, but her patience and not being forceful in any decisions, made it the right choice to continue my purchase through Atlas Travels. Will certainly book through with them in the future.

I have booked several holidays using Atlas travles including my honeymoon. They are super professional and do all the hard work. They know great hotels and can check different dates and flights quickly. Also if you have any hotel suggestions or have seen a flight at a certain price they will always have a look and even get you something better. A massive shout out to Rameez. He has booked my last three holidays and the whole process was always smooth. Any questions or amendments I had, he dealt with straight away and always gets me a solid price and recommends amazing hotels. Also a thank you to Ayub. He booked my honeymoon and the flights he arranged were perfect and the hotels even more amazing. Honestly I will never stop using Atlas travles 😁

Excellent from start to finish. Spoke to Saba and she dealt with our query professional and efficiently. She asked relevant questions and listened to our requirments. Have used Atlas Travels before for our Honeymoon a couple years ago and now for a family holiday. Would recommend to book with them not only for competetive prices but excellent service.

Can you imagine booking a Honeymoon stress free? I can, and I did. I have looked at several "Competitors", obtaining quotes for Singapore and Bali, numerous back and forth for mediocre locations and hotels.

It got to a point, where I even considered looking at booking flights separately and Air BnB'ing my honeymoon, purely due to the quality of locations provided and the pricing. That is until i spoke to Aiysha at Atlas Travels. She took my requirements, my needs and provided me a wonderful itinerary for the honeymoon, cheaper than the competitors.
