Go to my Mums care home, good service as she is unable to visit a dentist now because of here mobility.

I have not experienced care from At Home Dental myself but my brother has had dentures made for him. He was charmed by the staff who dealt with him. My criticisms are the length of time it took for him to receive his dentures, five months seems a very long time to me. The other criticism is the final fit, I acknowledge that it is 40+ years since my brother had dentures and his gums would have shrunk but the dentures do not fit properly despite the use of strong fixative. His food gets trapped under the denture causing discomfort.

My father was treated for some dental work at his care home. On the two visits he had they made him feel very settled and calm and explained things to him. All the treatment was carried out in a polite and friendly way

I am very satisfied indeed with the treatment I have received. My team phoned to let me know exactly when they would be here and they kept to the time.

My dentist was thorough in his inspection and clear in his comments. He is also a very pleasant young man and makes a dental inspection much less worrying than it might otherwise be. I was never made to feel hurried and I would recommend At Home Dental to anyone who, like me, is unable to go out,

My wife is now unable to get to a dentist and suffers from MS and dementia. I therefore contacted At Home Dental to explain that my wife had a painful tooth and the young lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and professional. Indeed, she was able to arrange for a visit to be made the following day. The young ladies who attended were very professional, having earlier phoned to say when they were likely to arrive. My wife was very pleased with the treatment carried out. Soon after the visit I received a lovely email, which included a recap of what was carried out and recommendations made to keep my wife's teeth healthy.

I have ms, which makes it very difficult for me to visit a conventional dentist. My first experience with At Home Dental was very satisfactory - a checkup performed while I sat in my own riser-recliner chair. I am confident that I now have a viable dental service again, after I had put off visiting my usual dentist for over two years.

At Home Dental have been treating my father at home for three years and now he’s in a Care home they visit him there too. They are extremely professional and caring and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Dad is always happy with the treatment and they keep me informed at all times. A brilliant service!

Home dental arrived at the time as agreed were very professional did an exam of my mouth & gums and emailed me later with the results I was very impressed by that as never had that done before .was put at ease even though I never told them I was really bricking it I’ve never enjoyed my visits to dentist so I was very happy to go down this road and look forward to my 2nd visit

Having been a long standing customer of At Home Dental, I was disappointed not to have received communication to solve a problem of a filling which had fallen out three times. It was recommended that maybe a crown was needed, then that maybe 2 crowns were needed which I obviously wanted to discuss as there had still been no satisfactory filling. Since then I have been to another dentist who has successfully replaced the filling without any need for expensive crowns. Very sad that what used to be a great service has diminished.

My mum Mrs Beryl Thompson had At Home Dental service today she was really worried at first but when she met them she was ever so please with the treatment that received from Mr Draper and has said that she won’t need to worry any more because they are very down to earth and put you at ease so thank you to all off you

My 87year old husband who lives with dementia found visiting a dentist a step too far so this was an excellent solution. Rosane and Molly made him feel at ease in his own lounge and took time to explain every procedure and so succeeded where others have failed. This service is worth every penny! Excellent service throughout. my father needed new dentures, he resides in a nursing home and is 91 years old. At home dental were always punctual, they kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was very good. They took the stress out of a difficult situation.Highly reccomend them

I am an extremely nervous patient have put off going to the dentist for years had a descale and polish and extraction which went smoothly the dentist Bob puts you at ease with his caring approach would say to anyone especially if you are in any way nervous give them a try you won't be disappointed an excellent service from start to finish
