This has been an ordeal! Not because of Athena, you have been patient & kind in all our dealings. There was a significant delay in my settlement with all sorts of delays I have not properly understood with settling this property. Relaxed Experience
The online experience and interaction was great and the communication was on point, without the need to attend appointments etc. The communication via text and email was very user friendly and non formal which is a pleasant change.

The most amazing experience
The most amazing experience. We have changed our home loan several times during this and it has been seamless and cheerful. Loved the fun text messages and emails.

It would be helpful to be able to list…
It would be helpful to be able to list a good time to take/answer phone calls. I work in a profession where it is not appropriate to have my phone on me and only have short windows of time to make or accept phone calls.

Easy money
The reason for the switch was an easy one - the rate is almost as low as anywhere and there are no fees.
Switching was easy too, Athena were great to deal with over the phone and via email.

Overall very good experience
Overall very good experience. The team are incredibly friendly and personable. Only slight issue was the ambiguous timelines for the loan approval when it came to processing from the bank's solicitors.
