Help sourcing replacement jockey wheel 😊
We damaged a jockey wheel on a hired trailer on a project in France, I ordered the replacement part on a Friday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday morning so my engineer could take the part back out with him that day. Excellent all round service from ATE, and thankyou for helping us out with this issue, we look forward to dealing with you in the future.

Good morning Julian,
I'm really sorry to hear about the incorrect measurement. But thank you for pointing it out to us, we appreciate your feedback in making our service better and this definitely isn't the experience that we want you to have.
As soon as you called, Louise passed the message straight on to me and I have notified the team internally and corrected the website, making sure to note the change for the next catalogue. As she mentioned, you will receive a full refund including carriage.
I completely understand you have lost time over this and hope you will consider letting us provide you with better service when you next need a part. I have arranged for a pack of goodies to be sent out to you in the post as a further apology.
Many thanks,
Tiffany Mitchell
