Accessible, effective and professional conveyancers
Absolutely excellent experience selling an apartment through ATC. Grace, our solicitor, was really on top of things and very accessible - which is not something I've experienced before with conveyancers! Really helped make what is a stressful experience for everyone involved as painfree as possible. No hesitation at all in recommending Grace and ATC in general.

We couldn't recommend ATC Solicitors enough. The service we received was top class, in particular Grace Rivers who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Grace kept everything running smoothly and on time, leaving us feeling 100% reassured all would go according to plan. This is the second time we have used ATC for selling / buying a property and would do so again without question.

I used ATC solicitors recently for 2 house sales
I used ATC solicitors recently for two house sale transactions and found them very responsive to all my calls and queries. I dealt with Ellen on the first occasion and was so impressed that I used her again even though I could have found a solicitor much closer to home. On both occasions she made the whole experience smooth and straightforward, she kept me very well informed throughout the whole process and did everything in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and the practice in general to anyone.
