Took 10 days to ship parcel after me messaging 3 times asking where it is.
Took almost 2 weeks to even ship parcel and I had to chase it up 3 times for it to be shipped. Find it hard to believe I’d have even received anything if I didn’t chase up. Wouldn’t use this website again or reccomend it to anyone.

After looking into your order, I can see that your order was placed on the 24th February on a 3-7 working day basis. The timeframe is advised at checkout.
I have looked into the DPD tracking, it suggests that your parcel has been delivered on the 7th March - I am aware we sent an email on the 6th March explaining the reason for the small delay.
If you wish to return the item, as discussed via our email thread, please do send us a reply or return the item via the returns form provided.

What a great experience!
I had been looking for a Goyard St Louis for a while before coming across Sneakersfromtom. Not only did they manage to source the bag for the best price I could find, but they also had it shipped and delivered to me within 2 days of ordering, free of charge!! This was so important to me as I needed it in time to gift my girlfriend for our anniversary. I have been blown away by my experience with SneakerfromTom and how easy and seamless they make the shopping experience. I’m never one to leave reviews, but I felt on this occasion it had to be known just how amazing this place is!

Great experience!

Payed a little more than retail but that's to be expected especially since they are so in demand right now. Came very quickly and the company was very proactive in communicating with me re my order. Definitely would recommend this site to anyone looking for those hard to find shoes!

hi , i ordered size 5 uggs. 7 days had passed and no delivery - but just i opened my emails an email came in to apologise already. i then asked if i could swap the 5's for a size 6 and within 3 days i had the size 6 in the house in time for xmas. Thank you Helen for the service and taking accountability on the slow service, thats when businesses succeed . will definintely order from you again
