Ordered Friday, delivered on Saturday. A lovely little bag. Perfect size, soft leather and lots of inside pockets for all those necessary bits and pieces, phone, cards etc. Would definitely buy from this store again. Thank you Assots.
Ordered bag two days ago, arrived today, well packaged and exceptional product. Very pleased, don't understand bad reviews.
I ordered a card holder through Brand Alley. The deliver was free and pretty quick, the leather seems nice, but the packaging is the worst I’ve ever seen for what is advertised as luxury leather goods. Wrapped in cheap plastic in a delivery bag, quality not protected in any way and was caught in the post box and marked before opening it.

We are very sorry to read your review and to learn how upsetting this experience has been for you. Please allow us to clarify a little further. We did reply to your emails on 12th and 13th June with updates as soon as we became aware of the delivery issue. We also attempted to reach back out to you again, but unfortunately, it seems there was no further response from your side, which may have added to the misunderstanding.
The delay and eventual loss of your parcel was caused by our delivery partner, Evri, and while this was outside our direct control, we fully accept that it was our responsibility to make sure your order reached you. We issued a full refund on 18th June 2025, but we understand that this does not undo the frustration and disappointment you experienced.
It was never our intention to cause you distress or to make you feel ignored — we value all of our customers deeply and work hard to ensure every experience is a positive one. We regret that in this instance we fell short of your expectations, and we sincerely hope there may be an opportunity in the future to restore your trust in us.

Purchased via Debenhams sale, so thought I was pretty safe.
The bag arrived today and my daughter asked me if I'd got it from Temu. It was packaged badly so has a dent in it, the quality is poor at the price I paid, which was less than half it's alleged original price. I truly hope no one has ever paid full price for this bag.
Couple of lessons for me:
Never heard of the brand?? Google it cos as they saying goes, if it seems too good to be true etc
Also don't assume using a retailer you've used before (Debenhams, dozens of times) means that you're getting an item from Debenhams.
Probably obvious to some, but a lesson for me.

Would not recommend, bag arrived cheaply packaged and folded in plastic packaging so my bag now has a permanent crease across it which really detracts from what I hoped would be a lovely quality bag. I hoped the crease would disappear over time but a month later and it’s still as obvious.
UPDATE 14.08.2025: Assots have been in contact and delivered a replacement bag to me free of charge, the bag arrived packaged much more carefully, it is in perfect condition and I’m very happy with my replacement bag, I have therefore amended my star rating as above.

Poor quality and terrible customer service. I have paid to return 2 bags (they don't offer free returns) and I'm still waiting for a refund to be issued. I have contacted customer service and heard nothing.

October 2024 . My bag fell apart almost immediately and I have received no response after many many emails to them.
August 2025 - I'm now happy to say that Assots finally contacted me and have immediately replaced my bag in my chosen colour and it looks perfect. Their new customer services seems to be a big improvement. I have the Agatha bag in 3 colours now and it's perfect for keeping things secure when travelling.

Felt deceived by this company. Ordered two bags to choose from with the assumptions of free returns as home page has a banner 'Free tracked delivery and easy returns'.
Didn't click that easy returns is pay for your own postage returns and not what most brands actually offer, free delivery and returns, which is a bugger obviously as now I need to pay extra to have the bag returned.
Contacted customer service by email but they didn't even bother responding?!
Will be avoiding and would not recommend
