ASL provide our photocopier to the business including the support that goes alongside this. The system is easy to use, the installation went smoothly especially since we have two flights of stairs in the office! We find the automatic sending of the ink refills very handy and the support team work very well with our IT support team should we have any issues which thankfully are kept at a minimum. Amanda was amazing
Amanda was amazing and she went out of her way to help us.
I can not thank her enough for all of her help, she was patient, kind and managed to sort us a workaround to ensure we could keep printing. She also went out of her way to look into other potential fixes and called me back to ensure I was up to date with everything.

Outstanding Engineer Knowledge and Customer Service
The engineer that arrived on site was incredibly professional, tenacious and demonstrated exemplary customer service combined with product knowledge.
Not only was the issue resolved the same day the engineer took the time to explain exactly what had happened and why it wont happen again because the issue had been looked at thoroughly and completely resolved.
