Smooth Transition to New Epson Machines

We recently partnered with Insight Systems to replace two of our older toner-based copiers with new Epson inkjet machines. While the transition from toner to inkjet technology initially raised some concerns, we found reassurance by speaking with other customers and visiting the Insight showroom to see the machines in action.

After using the new machines for a couple of months, we are pleased to report that they have been extremely reliable and have presented no issues. The upgrade has not only improved performance with faster printing speeds but has also delivered cost savings.

A special thanks to Oliver for his recommendation and support throughout the process—his guidance has enabled us to make a valuable upgrade to our office equipment.

They are friendly, efficient and have managed to save us quite a lot of money by providing a reliable and affordable product compared with what we used to pay elsewhere. As a small charity that means a lot for us.They were recommended to us and we will be doing the same!!

Outstanding Managed Print Service & Exceptional Account Management.

At Kent Cricket, we’ve had an excellent experience working with Insight Systems Ltd for our managed print services. From the outset, the team demonstrated a strong understanding of our operational needs and delivered a solution that has been both reliable and cost-effective.

A particular mention must go to Mark Sandhu, our Account Manager, who has been exceptional. I recently purchased an MFD from Oliver…

I recently purchased an MFD from Oliver along with a service contract, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Oliver was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the different printer options, made sure I understood what was included in the service contract, and answered all my questions without any pressure.

The whole process was smooth and straightforward. The MFD was delivered as promised, set up easily, and works perfectly. Knowing that the service contract is in place gives me extra peace of mind and has saved my business money on our toner spend.

I highly recommend Insight Systems to anyone looking for reliable equipment and excellent customer service. It was a genuinely positive buying experience.

Don't use this company

I have been a loyal customer of this company for over ten years and I questioned their billing charges having not seen invoices for many years. They didn't send me the missing invoices, just a list. They auto renewed the service agreement after telling my colleague that the lifespan of the machine was finished and that software could no longer be upgraded. They pushed him to consider buying a new copier with a new agreement. When I became aware of the situation, I tried to end the agreement. They were very uncooperative, wanted to apply early termination penalties and also justified it by now saying that the machine could be fixed. it took many emails for them to terminate the arrangement and they took back ink cartridges, even the ones from inside the copier despite having charged us for years for their minimum copy charge when we didn't use anywhere near that amount of copies. A totally unfair ending. In my opinion not a company to be trusted.

We apologise that your understanding of events has left you negative about your experience with us.

As you mention, we maintained your machine for 10 years and when we offered to attend to resolve the issue you were experiencing, you refused engineer attendance. Attempted approaches from our account managers to discuss your device and contractual situation were ignored.

Invoices were sent and received as evidenced by responses to them on occasion.

The unused toner is property of Insight as there was never any purchase made for this, hence the collection on contract expiry. Normally this would be conducted when the machine is collected, which was a service you were not prepared to pay for.

A more than fair compromise on outstanding service charges was offered but, again, rejected.

Ultimately, as you know, we forewent all contractual liability outstanding from you to us to close the matter. I’m surprised, disappointed and feel disrespected that this was still not enough appeasement.

This has to be the meanest printer service company in the uk. They took direct debits for several years without supplying invoices. when they were questioned on it they agreed to end the contract with no refunds, the old inks that were unused and left over they were offered back. not only did the engineer take the unused inks that were still boxed, the office instructed him to remove the used cartridges out of the printer that had been paid for several times over.

Any payments taken by us on Direct Debit are emailed direct to client at least 30 days prior to being taken.

Bearing in mind your refusal to honour the contractual obligations the unused toner is property of Insight as there was never any purchase made for this

A satisfactory conclusion...

Having spoken with Matthew Sayer about the problem that I am having with the printing of PDF's of our property brochures, he told me that it wasn't just our office as he had had one of our other offices contact him with the same problem. After a little to'ing and fro'ing and an engineer attending a sister site, Matthew explained that the problem is with a software update that Adobe has done that threw out the settings for this function. Although not being able to sort the problem out personally Matthew assured me that our company's IT department are going to look further into it and get the issue sorted out. As usual Insight Systems have helped and have given me a satisfactory outcome. Thank you to Matthew and Insight.

Fantastic service from enquiry to install

Fantastic service from enquiry to install.

Having recently had a terrible expeirnce with a different comany, Insight blew my mind. from the initial call back from my enquiry, within an hour to the customer service from Mark all along the way. I have no bad words to say. Even their install team where polite and helpful in all ways and they linked to our tech company with ease. I have never experienced such an ease of getting online with a piece of tech. Would highly recommend this Insight.

5* Great service, organisation and prices

Matthew has been very friendly and helpful; he even helped us with our old devices, offering to take them back to the other companies warehouse FOC. Insight have helped at every step along the way and always at the end of the phone in order to ensure a smooth tender process and transition to Insight.
