We moved into our new home just before Christmas and we couldn’t be happier with the house.
We had a difficult move due to our chain but the Ashwood sales team were fantastic and really went the extra mile for us.
The layout, finish, spec and build quality are excellent and we would definitely recommend Ashwood homes.

Highly recommend ashwood to anyone.
Recently purchased our second property with these guys and we are very happy with the service provided. Communication has been top tier. Site manager Mark Timbers deserves a medal for his dedication and professionalism within the company. Top bloke.

I have recently moved in to a new home in Lincolnshire. Have been very happy with the service from Ashwood. Everyone I have dealt with has been so helpful and friendly.
I have been living here a few months now and everything is lovely. There have been a few snagging things that needed correcting. These were organised really easily and fixed perfectly. Adolpho who came to fix them was brilliant.
I highly recommend.

I bought a new property in Donington, Lincs. The sales person was polite, professional and efficient. I added a series of upgrades, and moved in, as scheduled, in April 2025.

I paid for six upgraded solar panels, which were installed. I can’t get credit for exporting electricity until the solar panels are approved, by ESP (my utility provider). First, I waited six months for an approval certificate to arrive. Then, the approval paperwork was completed incorrectly, and has to be re-submitted.

Meanwhile, I’ve lost six months of income from the solar panels, despite numerous attempts to get updates from Ashwood Homes. Curiously, ESP guarantee a ten-day turnaround for approvals.

I recommend that you delay completing on properties from Ashwood Homes until they provide a network installation certificate, issued by your utility provider. Once you own the house, everything slows to a crawl, or mistakes get made.

The support from all Ashwood Homes staff from start to finish has been amazing, everyone has been so supportive, can not fault anything.
The staff had a genuine interest in seeing the purchase through without issue or delay, the aftercare continues and again nothing is too much.
Our new home is perfect and has been finished to a very high standard, thank you.

Brought my first home with them have great to work with. Any issues with the property have been addressed quickly and the repair men have been incredibly professional

Second Ashwood home we have purchased as we are happy with Ashwood and like the estate we live on. Smooth process from reservation to completion. Kept in constant contact! Gavin and Adolfo have been amazing with the small amount of snags we had. Very efficient, friendly and tidy. Still awaiting some snags to be rectified so will revisit once all complete.

Really a review for the customer care team. Adolfo and Lisa at customer care have always been punctual and the communication is good. Adolfo has completed after-care work for us to a high standard and resolved the issues we had at handover and as part of the snagging process. Whether some of the issues could have been avoided is questionable, but the customer care team certainly pulled it out of the bag for us.

Think twice before buying an executive home from Ashwood homes.

Great until the point you complete on your purchase and then go back on statements they have made in writing that originally influenced your decision to purchase. Example? Selling a house with a detatched "home office" you'd think it's reasonable to expect it to have an internet connection. They don't allow you to take photos of building plans/drawings so when buying off plan and I ask on email if the "home office" has internet and i'm advised (and I quote) "I have spoken with the site manager who has confirmed it does" it's reasonable to expect the detatched home office has an internet connection? Think again. Post completion they are saying they do not have to fit an internet connection and suggest I install it at my own cost.

This is despite them confirming, in writing, that it would have an internet connection.

We have also had mortar missing from external walls (not just imperfections, I can LITERALLY see into the wall cavity from outside) which I have been trying to get a date to resolve and as yet no outlook on when this will be done despite potentially having water ingress into an internal wall.

I could go on but I think the 2 examples above are pretty telling.

1.5 months post completion Ashwood are regretfully living up to a new build developer's reputation - get the money and turn the other cheek.

We purchased our new home in Langtoft in November 2024. Like any new build we had a snagging list which was mainly cosmetic but the service we received from the maintenance men was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and was done very soon after reporting.
We have added further minor issues since the initial list all of which were acted upon within a week.
The customer service team are happy to help with information and requests outside their remit and are a pleasure to work with.
I have read many reports from other people who , having raised a snag, felt fobbed off by their builders- this is not the case with Ashwood. They clearly care about their customers.

We purchased our property (A Mere) in Kirton and moved in January 2023. We have never regretted our decision. We love the house, the space it gives us and the service we have received from the Customer Care team has been second to none. The ladies in the office are prompt to respond and book in any remedial work that has been required. We had no major issues, just the normal snagging bits and bobs. We have been looked after by both Gavin and Adolfo who have both been great. Big shout out to Adolfo who today came for our last visit to sort out a few issues and went above and beyond. A real asset to the company. I’d not hesitate to recommend Ashwood and their great team.

We recently moved into our new home on the Holbeach Meadows site and couldn’t be happier! All of the lovely ladies at the office were so helpful throughout the whole process, making it as smooth as possible, especially us being first time buyers! I recently moved into my new Ashwood home and was impressed with the process and support. Hayden, the site manager, along with Chrissie and the customer support team, provided exceptional service and communication throughout. Even though the house initially needed some final touches, completion was achieved within six weeks. The property was in great condition with minimal snags, high-quality components, and excellent finishing. I’m very pleased with my experience and would like to thank Ashwood Homes, especially Chrissie, Hayden and the team, for their outstanding work and dedication.

Very bad company avoid these at ALL costs they invited me for a interview but they didn't tell me where the place was before they set up an interview I told them the place where they set up an interview for was too far for me so avoid these at all costs

We have now been in our lovely new home for 2 and a bit months, albeit we have had a few little issues, the aftercare from this customer service team is amazing. A gentleman called gav came round to sort our Snagging issues, and he was brilliant. So so friendly, and very attentive. What an absolute credit to the company. We have had an issue with our garden gate, as the wrong one was put on, meaning it doesn't close properly, is the wrong colour and isnt fixed on properly. He even went to the extent of reporting that for us again!
