Okay so happy that i visited here I'm recommending you all.!

Yoga TTC was in bucket list for so long. As soon as I saw the announcement by Naveen sir, I decided to do it.
My heartfelt gratitude to Naveen sir, Sudeepta mam and Indira mam for all the teachings , learning, knowledge sharing, tips and tricks.
During this journey, I gained a wholesome knowledge of yoga practices and teachings along with a sound knowledge of anatomy and how we can connect this knowledge to our daily practice, as well as yoga philosophy knowledge. Yoga philosophy teaches us a complete different perspective of yoga.
The whole experience was beyond words. Whether it is daily practice by naveen sir , although it’s online , but I never get a feel that it’s online, even a minute correction is being noticed by naveen sir so I always get a feel that I am practising with constant observation by my guru. If I talk about sudeepta mam, I was always in awe with her detailed knowledge, yoga teaching and all the different variations , tips and tricks which will help me to go a long way in my yoga journey.
From being so underconfident when I started the TTC to being fully confident to not only as yoga teacher but as a person.
Best part of this course is being the weekend course so along with ongoing commitment I upgraded myself to RYT 200 hour.
I strongly recommend anyone who has a love for yoga should definitely do this course from ASMAYU yoga. The true gem are the teachers. Very rare to find such humble, full of knowledge and helping teachers.

I recently completed Yoga TTC with Ashmayu Yoga.
It was a beautiful, holistic experience.
The teachers, all of them, had put in their hardwork to ensure that we receive the maximum benefit of this program. The added advantage was it being spread over three months, with offline and online offerings which made it much more easier to incorporate it with other commitments.
From sharing minute details during theory classes, to making us practice, handholding us through each turn of this journey while adding some lightness and fun, as well TTC journey can be summed up to an all encompassing journey.
I, honestly couldn't have asked to any better teachers and guide.

I have been attending Naveen sir's yoga classes for a long time now and am thoroughly impressed with the experience. He has a unique and engaging style that combines clear instruction with a calm demeanor.
The sessions are well-structured which start with a typically gentle asanas for warm up moving to more advanced level asanas.
His instructions are clear and effective. And focus on each member is there at times if we struggle with some pose.
Overall, attending these sessions has significantly improved my physical flexibility and mental well-being. I leave each session feeling rejuvenated physically and peaceful in the mind. I highly recommend Naveen sir's classes !
