Don’t get fool by trek panda ..they do not follow their terms and conditions..bad service

My recent tour to Hampi, Gokarna, and Murudeshwar was the most disappointing travel experience I have encountered. The company is not professional and lacks any connections with local communities. They failed to deliver the services as outlined in the itinerary provided on their website. I do not recommend booking a tour with Trek Panda.

⭐ **1/5 – Extremely Disappointing & Poorly Managed Trip**

Booked a **Dandeli trip with TrekPanda (25–29 Dec)** at **premium Christmas pricing**, and it was a complete mess.

• Bus arrived late, driver was sleepy, multiple unsafe stops
• Non-AC, non-pushback seating bus for a 12–13 hour journey
• 10-sharing room with just 1 washroom
• Water activities skipped, no DJ party, no rain dance, no swimming pool
• Yana Caves completely dropped
• Reached Om Beach after sunset, pointless visit
• Lunch served at 4 PM with terrible quality, only ₹230 refunded after arguing
• Forced to pay ₹200 extra for boat ride
• Constant arguments with guides, poor planning, wasted time
• Only 2 guides for ~35 people (1 bus + 3 cars), one guide was visiting this place for the first time and was clueless half of the time
*.* Hotel rooms were not booked prior to the trip. They were booked on the same day and due to unavailability of rooms in that resort, half people were shifted to a different hotel 10 kms away

We paid extra and got **downgraded services, skipped attractions, and chaos throughout**. This trip shows **clear mismanagement and misrepresentation**.

**Strongly do NOT recommend TrekPanda. Choose literally any other operator.**As part of this trip, the bus ticket was supposed to be booked by your team. However, the same was not booked, and upon informing your team, I was asked to book the ticket myself with an assurance that the amount would be refunded on the same day (Rs.280)

It has now been 4 days, and there has been no response or update from your team despite multiple phone calls and messages. This is highly unprofessional.

Additionally, I would like to highlight another instance of negligence. While traveling to Pune, a wrong ticket for 7:00 PM was booked and later changed and I was informed of the same at 9:00 AM, stating that I would need to board at 12:30 PM. What is concerning is that I had to point out myself that the ticket shared with me was incorrect. Such lapses from your coordinating team are unacceptable.

The trip was coordinated by Abhi Pawar, and due to repeated errors and lack of accountability from your team, I had to face unnecessary inconvenience. Despite this, your team is now not taking responsibility for the committed refund

Don’t get fooled by the reviews they have on google. To start with the trip itself we were asked to wait for the transport to reach to hotel for 3 hours. No proper itinerary was given and almost 50-60% of the promised sightseeing was skipped, using traffic as an excuse. Most of the trip was spent sitting in the bus. The team captains Shubham, Deepak and Rhishikesh were highly unsupportive and were just asking for our co- operation.

The Hampi hotel was filthy — blood-stained bedsheets, 4 people crammed into one small room, and we were asked to carry our own mattress. Despite a 2-day hotel stay being promised, actual stay time was barely 3–4 hours.

The entire last day’s itinerary was not covered and was just bus travel. When we raised concerns, we were blamed and called “uncooperative” for demanding what we paid for.

Hampi-Gokarna Experience with TrekPanda!
Just got back from the Hampi-Gokarna trip with TrekPanda and I can't stop smiling! The entire experience was incredibly well-organized, seamless, and full of unforgettable moments. If you're looking for a hassle-free, vibrant, and memorable getaway, TrekPanda is the way to go! Already looking forward to my next adventure with them!

Overall experience was so good.Guides were supportive and knowledgeable. Safety was top tier. Best travel company so far.

I have been with Trekpanda to Harishchandragad trek and Hampi backpacking trip.
Harishchandragad- Leaders were well experienced and managed the entire trek wonderfully.
Hampi- The people and the experience was very different and nice. The stays were good and the overall trip was great.
