I received my beautiful memory ring on Friday. I absolutely adore it, tasteful meaningful - a wonderful tribute to my partner of over 20 years, my husband for over 10 years. I cannot recommend Ashes with Art highly enough. Fabulous customer service, respectful and compassionate. As a friend commented to me "an amazing comfort through the s#@*show that is widowhood", she knows, she is also a young widow. Thankyou, thankyou.

At a time when you feeling lost, Ashes with Art staff are just amazing. Their sensitive service is perfect. They can create such beautiful pieces with your loved ones ashes. I’ve just had a necklace made with my mum and dads ashes. It’s just stunning I couldn’t of wished for anything else. Nothing was a issue, when describing what I wanted.

Fantastic service. My daughter’s ring had to go in for repair, I was kept informed the whole time on the progress from receipt of delivery right through to the return delivery to us. I was advised quickly that the ring was under warranty and would be fixed free of charge. I had a phone call to confirm this and a phone call to confirm address and day for delivery. The ring came back as if it was new all boxed and bagged up again. Thanks so much, A* service .

From start to finish the customer experience was fantastic. I placed my order online and within the hour I was called to say the order had been received & to chat through how I send the ashes. I was nervous about sending through the post but was very reassured to receive an email a couple of days after posting to say they had been received. A further telephone call when ready to dispatch to discuss when was convenient to receive. Packaged beautifully & I love it. Even more gorgeous than I hoped. Thank you to all involved in making this very special & emotional gift.

Bought a ring to contain my dads ashes, the whole process was very easy and I got a courtesy call to say they had received the ashes and also to let me know they were about to post the item out. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others who would like a special item to remember their loved one.

Ordering online was easy with clear instructions when the pack arrived for sending the ashes. Contact and communication was very good with frequent updates. My only disappointment was with the pebbles I ordered. I was expecting a pebble shape and received a flat round disc is the only way to describe it. It has my mothers ashes in it so will still be a memorable keepsake but just not what I expected.

I was treated with kindness all the way through the ordering process, and kept up to date at all times. The comfort stone I ordered was lovely, great quality, and I’ll always treasure it.

This is the second ring I've had through Ashes with Art. I needed a toe ring and they were more than happy to make something bespoke. The first experience was handled so kindly and sensitively that I didn't even entertain any other company when Mum died. They talked me through everything as often as I needed. Both rings are absolutely stunning, really well made and are comfortable to wear all the time. I genuinely could not recommend them enough

I have had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Ashes to Art. From the first point of contact after loosing my beloved Nan earlier this year, they were co-operative, provided all of the information I needed to make an informed decision and gave me ample time, warmly welcoming me to their store when I was ready. In the months following when I finally had the ashes and I was able to make a choice, I visited the store. It was a lovely peaceful and individual visit. The whole store was just myself and the member of staff and I was able to have a chat freely about what I wanted. The order took around 3-4 weeks from start to finish. When the ring was ready, I received prompt notification and delivery was arranged for the next day.
I cannot fault any part of the process; I am so thankful I choose Ashes with Art for such a precious piece of jewellery that I will wear forever.

If you’re looking for a chain for a male I would avoid all of these chains. They’re absolutely tiny and the pictures are misleading on the website. I’d never bought a chain before so didn’t know what was looking for in respect to thickness etc but it sure didn’t look like anything in the pictures. My fault for not doing my research on the sizes but yeah I wouldn’t buy these if looking for something for a male. I’ve had to buy a new chain as it was no good whatsoever and now looks like I’m going to have to buy another pendant as that is way too small too. £600 down the drain.

Really sensitive and smooth experience. Ring is beautiful and great quality, and came earlier than expected. Excellent and would use them again. Price very good too, but that wasn't the reason I chose Ashes with Art.
