Very helpful for all items, even chased up a dishwasher for us and delivered when agreed. Brilliant service

Absolutely excellent service, needed our new appliances on the day we moved, so weren’t sure when we were getting the keys; we left it that we would phone them to let them know when we had the keys. And although Ashcott Appliances were under a lot of pressure that day (unbeknownst to us we should have been phoned the day before) they still squeezed us in and made delivery. It’s local businesses like this that go the extra mile that you can trust. We were recommended them by a relative and would 100% recommend them and use them again in the future

Although the appliance was graded it came fully packaged and sealed. It took quite a while to find the slight crease in the side which meant it was graded. Delivery was excellent and the old appliance was removed from where we put it when we had it disconnected.

Placed order which was very easy , received phone call the next morning to say they would deliver the cooker later that day , man very polite and helpful

Ordered online and delivered locally a few days later. Telephone confirmation with a short delivery window and a phone call 30 minutes before. Graded item but unsure why, as aesthetically seemed absolutely fine. Courteous and helpful delivery. Really nothing to fault in the transaction and at least 10% cheaper than anywhere else. Very happy, hence 5 stars.

Bought a gas cooker from Ashcott Appliances when our old one died suddenly.
Great price and plenty of stock so only had to be without an oven for 48hrs.
Would have been less if they delivered but we collected as we both work all day and couldn't get the time off at short notice.
Great to deal with and supporting local business too so all good.

When ordering or querying details for purchasing the staff were knowledgable and helpful. Delivery staff were polite and professional. They arrived when scheduled with pre arranged call just before delivery

We paid for installation n removal, but the delivery men declined to install, as in their opinion the waste fitting was unsuitable. The fitting has been like this for some time with absolutely no issues. Whenever we have used you before, your delivery guys have been fantastic, not this time I'm afraid.
