I ordered a fridge, paid for it and received 2 email confirmations, confirming my order and delivery. Several hours later, Michael, presumably the owner of the business called me to say they could not deliver, as they had promised. He told me they only deliver inside Somerset and that was clearly stated on their website! I told him that at no time had I seen that and if it was correct how could they accept my order and then email me confirmation? He told me I could come and collect it (2 hour round trip) and he would give me a £19 discount! What a joke. I suggested he needed to sort his IT out so that they couldn't accept an order with delivery outside of Somerset! His reply? I'll contact my IT people when I can get the time. What kind of service is that?

After a long search for an LPG gas cooker finally found Ashcott Appliances who answered my questions on the phone and the well laid out website offered delivery for a reasonable price. I recommend this company~ a seamless service. Thank You!

The customer service was exceptional, and the range of goods fantastic. We were kept informed every step of the way and our fridge/freezer was delivered within 36 hours, and the old one taken away. Definitely recommended and we will be back soon to choose a cooker.

I found Ashcott Appliances when I was trying to find the best place to buy an electric cooker. Amazed at the prices and brilliant customer service. Delivered when promised, with tracking and my old cooker taken away. It is a graded cooker but I am struggling to find out why, it is perfect and I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Ordered a cooker from this place but screwed the order up with the delivery address and payment , I emailed the store within minutes I had a response with a resolution to my my problems. Really impressed, thanks again Ethan for your help.
My mother absolutely loves the cooker and saved about £200 from the normal price for the same product. Will definitely order again soon.

I ordered a cooker on the 18th I still don’t have it numerous times I was told they would contact me they never did I had to cal them I asked for a refund as my old cooker has stopped working they still could not give me a straight answer unless you live close don’t buy from them refund was super quick

Previouisly found Asshcott appliances very good and recommended them, as they are a local company to me. However they installed an electric oven that I bought from them, and it gave me three electric shocks. I rang them they refered me to Hotpoint who came out and confirmed that it had not been wired in properly and that the installers should have rectified this. I then rang Ascott again and they sent somebody out that afternoon to wire it in properly. I never had an apology and they should have come out as soon as I notified them of this issue.

Whilst removing an old fridge freezer and replacing with a new one the delivery team damaged out hall flooring,having spoken to and e mailed the proprietor several time he has chosen to ignore our advances,disgusting behaviour as I've been a loyal customer for years buying our previous fridge freezer our cooker and washing machine,all excellent until this came along,poor show Ashcroft apliances!

In a world dominated by faceless corporations with disinterested Customer services teams, what a complete pleasure it is to deal with a small company who remember how to look after their customers. A lovely experience from start to finish, with a friendly helpful and knowledgable service, and great value for money too. I am 100% certain where i’ll start looking for any future appliances I buy.

Shop local ... Oustanding company, cooker delivered to Weston-super-Mare the same day (we were lucky the van was in our area!) saved just over £200 with a graded model when compared for sale on a National website.

Upon inspection we could see no external or internal scratches or cosmetic damage as we expected from a graded appliance. In perfect condition, including the cooker packaging.

Strongly recommended, great customer service over the phone, easy payment and overall 10/10

Yet again excellent service . Cooker arrived on time and in perfect condition. Brought a fridge/freezer a few weeks ago from Ashcott Appiances and will be using again when I need a new dishwasher .

Ordered on line after phone call, delivered in 4days. Although wrong one delivered at first it was rectified within two hours .
