Would like to take this opportunity to express how thankful grateful for Mike and Family and the guys that delivered my cooker on Friday as promised So So very Happy with this small family run business based in Ashcott Somerset I only ordered it the day before after cancelling with Two of the bigger companies who couldn't deliver as they were out of stock!!!

I invested in a gas stove from these people I was talked into buying what I thought would be good stove, the sales man was a bit off hand but convinced me it was a good deal, so I paid and asked for a delivery of this he did { there was no instructions with it }
when the stove arrived I had it installed and thought that's that, the stove worked well
until I tried to use the top oven were it caught fire, on inspection I found some one had jammed the instructions up behind the stove heating element so as to cause a fire when lit for a short time, this had been done deliberately to cause harm to some one I am unable think why a manufacture would do this, thus leaving me to think some one took a dislike to me for some reason or other, so you have to ask your self are they reliable answer NO they are not, take your business were you can trust the seller to give you a honest item with no tricks
