Lovely welcome from all the members of staff.

On time and good professional advice from the dentist

Got to my appointment right on time and I was seen in less than 2 mins. All the staffs made me feel welcome and the service was good. All my questions was answered by a well knowledgeable dentist and am please with the service I got.

Change of appointment was handled effortlessly and without fuss. On new date, I was seen promptly at appointed time. Dr. Crystal, as ever, managed my examination with professionalism and expertise. Great customer service throughout thank you.

Had a temp filling and was accommodated at short notice. Really well run surgery and set of dentists.

I can always rely on Crystal to do whatever needs to be done, without freaking me out. Took a while for a temporary crown, that thought it should be there permanently, to be removed but with patience it eventually gave up. New crown fits perfectly and in without any pain or anaesthetics.

All the staff are lovely, attentive and helpful.

Not looking forward to this appointment but was kept informed and made to feel relaxed. No where near as bad as I’d expected it to be.

I have just completed 3 sessions of root canal treatment.
The quality of service was excellent and I want say a big thank you to Bill & Monica for all there tremendous work and support.

Friendly patient and kind even with a dementia patient.

Mr Sahib Dhami, was very kind and helpful in doing the fillings I needed. It will be interesting to see how long this GIC filling will last it a shame it wasn’t the GIC Hybrid which is more durable. Also available on the NHS. I would highly recommend Sahib Dhami he was a lovely kind and professional dentist. Very helpful.

This practice puts profit over patients and shows no consideration towards patient mindset before treatment. Very apparent when you see the owner and staff wearing designer jewellery and clothes to the “office”.

Inflexible, unaccommodating to change and zero empathy.

I would not recommend this practice. Anti wrinkle treatment - poor service, it hardly lasts and they ducked out of giving me a top up shot down to their poor communication.
Dentistry - don’t even bother if you have a phobia of the dentist, they won’t accommodate a change in appointment should your mindset be anxious and would rather embarrass and charge you £90 for it.

Disgraceful and shameful way to profiteer from people’s phobias.

Appointment was on time. The dentist was very human and gave very good advice.

The removal of my canine tooth was was difficult but the dentist carried out the removal and I am very grateful

Always impressed by the dentists and staff at this practice.

Saw the hygienist today. A very though hygienist experience. Took the time to explain all the treatments and the follow up hygiene procedures for me to follow up at home. So sorry this young lady is leaving the practise as a real attribute.

Called up mid morning about a broken filling and within 90 mins i had been seen and the issue fixed
