Useless!!!!
Useless!!!!
I purchased Ri60 because the remote control of my Ri55 did not work anymore and replacement was not possible. I was hoping the new version would be better in connecting wifi. It does not. My mobile phone does a better job, so I have this useless piece of equipment and connect my radio to my hifi installation with my mobile phone...much more reliable.

Beautiful design, good sound, frustrating Bluetooth connection issues
I have bought ArtSound Brainwave 5 wireless headphones about half a year ago.
In general, I bought them because I loved their design and colour - which I still do. The sound quality is enjoyable too, with quite powerful speakers.
However, my pair has a weird bug, which they had from the very start, when sound randomly disconnects when i am using them on my laptop. They do not disconnect the Bluetooth connection, but the sound just disappears; the only fix i found for this is manually disconnecting and connecting them every single time.
Additionally, the microphone quality is terrible. Initially I bought these headphones hoping they can be great swap for my Urbanear Plattan 2s which are now discontinued, but with these issues, I will continue my search for the other pair of headphones.

Commande d'une radio R8 un lundi soir à 22h, livré le jeudi matin, que demander de plus ?
L'appareil correspond parfaitement aux spécifications.
Large choix de radios (Webradios) et critères de recherche de stations (Pays, genre etc...).
En revanche, le livreur n'a pas sonné chez moi et a déposé le colis devant la loge de la gardienne, prenant le risque que quelqu'un le prenne. Ceci est lié à l'autorisation de livraison sans signature que j'avais donnée, en précisant que cela n'était valable que si j'étais absent... hors j'étais là.
Hormis ce bémol, je suis très satisfait de mon achat.

Entreprise très correcte
Entreprise très correcte. J’ai d’abord reçu un lecteur radio internet qui a fonctionné quelques jours. Ensuite, il est tombé en rade. J’ai pu obtenir en très peu de temps un autre lecteur radio. Le seul commentaire négatif est le livreur GLS qui a laissé le colis devant ma porte un jour de pluie..

Très bon matériel et facile…
Très bon equipement qui s'est avéré facile à installer (d'un point de vue purement matériel). Très bon suivi de la part du commercial qui est venu sur place au préalable et a pu m'aider à installer le matériel par la suite en visio conférence (point de vue raccordement au modem). Le commercial avait par ailleurs de très bonnes connaissances techniques ! Je recommande vraiment.
