I've returned the product, the way the return was facilitated, while the return package delivery was a bit a mess, was to the point, the reaction time minimal, the tone during the email communication was always friendly and the actions customer friendly and helpful. The Misses that addressed herself as "customer happiness hero” deserves some nice flowers.

I bought the Brainwave04 earbuds.
Great sound, good ANC and neat design.
Swift delivery by a local European (Belgian) company.
Only downside is the lack of multipoint connectivity, but this cannot be expected at this price point.
I recommend this product.

Fantastische klantenservice. Ik had een probleem met de batterij van de Brainwave 07 en de R8 DAB. Ze waren beiden nog onder garantie. Ik kreeg zonder probleem 2 nieuwe apparaten!
Wel best telefoneren, op mijn voorgaande emails kreeg ik geen antwoord.

I've ordered and payed one remote ctrl for AI65.
I received a message to tell me this part was no more availiable but a remaining part of demo will be sent to me.
In the end i recieved two remote ctrl : a new one + the demo one.
I wrote a mail to ask where i can send back the part i've not paid and until today I didn't receive an answer.
I jheartly thank Artsound for the gift and i'll put it under the Christmas tree !

Amazing customer service! One of my Brainwave3 earbuds stopped functioning. After sending an email to customer support, within 2 (!!) days, I received a brand new pair. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!
