So I was looking into S Korea plastic surgery vacations and Brazil and India and I came across Turkey. After researching Turkey found out Turkey was cutting edge and the best of the best. Prices right on par with other locations..

You know what really sold me on ArtMed? I met Invi. He had all the answers and worked fast. Got my photos submitted to the dr’s. Got me payment info. He set up everything. I was of course a bit nervous going to a foreign country for multiple surgeries, not just hair plants. He had me talk to another customer of his who had just got the process and had flown back!

He worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and knew the process. He was a good salesman but not pushy. I had some life situations happen where I did a small deposit but couldn’t set my flight up for a few months. He checked in with me about monthly until I was ready and then he made the magic happen.

He set up all the dr appointments and clinic and hospital stays. He coordinated everyone’s schedule to fit in the new me within the week.

It was an amazing experience and I would recommend to anyone, and I have already! He had translators, cars, food was taken care of. It was just awesome.

And ArtMed made me feel safe and in good hands. I did have some surgery that required general anesthesia so that was a bit nerve racking.. but the translators Invi got me were top notch. Friendly faces when I went to sleep and first smiling faces I saw when I woke up.

I’m not sure I’ll ever go to a USA dr ever again for any type of surgery or help. This experience was that good. And cost effective.

Cannot say enough good things about Invi and the entire team, “my” team, that was created to support me from ArtMed. I went solo but never once felt alone.

Fantastic experience all round. Xheni, the consultant has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Funny, knowledgeable and so helpful no matter what the situation.
From discussing options, booking the appointment, getting you settled and to the procedure, you are guided every step of the way.
The procedure itself is well organised and managed. The nurses, doctors, translators and even the girl who washes your hair are all lovely and make you feel very comfortable at all times. Hotel was good too, although a little far from the action for my liking. Can’t complain though, it was very comfortable with great food.
All in all a great experience and highly recommended

If your looking for the best place to do a hair transplant in the world, this is your spot. I am an American who traveled here to get the absolute best care. A hair transplant is something you only do once, and you want to make sure you go with the best team you can. My experience was nothing short of world class. I had over 10 consultations at clinics around the world and knew Artmed was the best choice when i had a consultation with Elsa the medical advisor. She made it clear that at Artmed you are not just another patient rather the staff truly cares about your well being and the success of the operation. The clinic organized transportation and hotel which significantly exceeded my expectations. The hotel had a massive gym, sauna, steam room, spa and Turkish bath which was great to enjoy before surgery day. The hotel put us on the 23rd floor ocean view and provided excellent service with clean rooms. The transportation was an impressive custom Mercedes Maybach with star ceilings and luxury finishes. The car also featured full reclining seats and Netflix which was great to take advantage of during the long rides. The staff at Artmed is the kindest people you have ever met. Enes my patient rep and translator made him self available as soon as i landed. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my special request were granted and made me feel comfortable and calm during the procedure. When i got to the facility i was introduced to my head doctor Dr. Emine who had a bright smile and a kind heart. You can tell the doctor along with the nurses Berfin, Ayse and Seher truly cared about my outcome and were experts in their field. They did an absolutely incredible job preforming DHI method of 5500 graphs. I am so happy with the results and entire experience i cant recommend Artmed enough. The high volume of patients they work with has created a team of doctors, nurses, and patient representatives that are truly the best in the world.

Great communication and they hold your hand every step of the way. Ardela and Enes made my procedure very comfortable. From the sales team to the medical team there was nothing short of greatness in there execution. If I had an issue they resolved it instantly it also goes to say I am pretty high maintenance 😊. It's been a month in and they are still in constant contact with me. Checking in always. I recommend this group to anyone who wants to get great results.

I did my hair transplant on March 4th and the team was nothing but kind and even brought a cake to celebrate my birthday minutes before my surgery, this is how you know they care..
I feel grateful i chose this company because since the first moment i got in contact with INVI he has answered all my questions, concerns and gave me options of payment to make my dream come true with a good planning. He has not only participated of this process from the beginning but until this date he check on me daily to see the progress of my hair transplant.
Artmed staff was friendly and respectful from the moment i arrived to Airport picking me up and taking me to a 4 star hotel in a historical province of Istanbul, also to mention it was very convenient to wake up everyday and have complimentary breakfast served downstairs.
Mehmet and Gamze were wonderful translating, giving me tips on what to do to explore the city, where to shopping and etc.. Also to mention how it helped me to calm down when they held my hand when i was afraid of the needles and shaking from the anesthesia in the operation room. These 2 were precious.

This company is hands down the place to go for hair and teeth. I first found out about them through a Facebook advertisement. Upon reaching out I was placed in contact with Invi. Invi answered all of my questions, and gave me honest answers as well as realistic expectations. Not once did he ever “toot my horn”, for more cash. I got a 4,300 fue graph transplant, donor hair coming from not only by head but also beard. The doctor was the one actually making the incisions while the techs helped with the hair. They did a virtually painless job with compassion care and artistry. My amazing translator was Mehmet. This guy was an absolute godsend as not only did he do all translating with me but took his time to help me ask the extra last minute questions I thought of. He also helped me out greatly when I had a little panic attack, and calmed me down. This guy is a good soul and spirit. They don’t make them like this to often. After I got to meet Dr Arten, the man, the myth the legend behind Artmed. Him and his sister who are both the lead dentists at the facility were so personable, pleasant, understanding and empathetic to everyone. Really top tier quality people. They gave me a painless cleaning and deep teeth cleaning during my visit too. And let me tell you, I’m a total wimp with dental work, and these two literally pampered me and took care of me with a care that I never once have ever experienced in the medical field in the United States. You really feel human with this crew and not another number or cash cow. These people, all of them really care. Everyone from the honest sales team, doctors, technicians, translators and guides… everyone involved with this company really care. After they gave me a tour of Istanbul and we did my Istanbul bucket list. If more Americans found out about Artmed I highly doubt they’d be getting work done in the states. I literally can not express how positive and fantastic this entire experience was.

Hi my name is Ray and I had a good experience with ArtMed. Invi Aliaj did a great job coordinating everything so my visit to Turkey went well. The staff and especially my translator Mehmet did a great job also. The medical office was clean and professional looking. ArtMed had a lot of patients coming and going which is a good sign when having this procedure. This is my third procedure in the last eight years and out of all my procedures I feel like this one is going to be my most successful one. I found the whole experience from the start to finish was a very good one, from the start Elsa was always on hand to answer anything I needed anytime I asked , very supportive and helpful, on the day of the procedure we were met and walked through every step and this continued post surgery

Excellent service, best experience ever, starting from picking up from airport with nice decorated car with big screen TV, and drop off to hotel. The Hotel was one of the best next to ocean view with free breakfast. Pickup from Hotel to clinic. English translator, all staff members were very friendly and helpful. Every single step was very easy. I will recommend all my friends to use them for hair transplant.

From the moment I stepped off the plane I was made to feel very special. Everything was done with precision. The transfers were on time and the Hotel was very good. The Doctors, interpreting, nurses, Xheni the consultant and staff were very professional and kind. They take great care to listen and make you feel special. I have been in contact with Marsel from day one and still he has been following up with me along the way always pleasant. Emine so warm so helpful. I literally had a team of dentists working on my procedure from day to night With multiple follow ups. Dr Arten and Dr Mohammad really worked with my all of my needs a found solutions for all of my issues. I am truly floored with this experience.what takes the cake is that all of these procedures being done during the holiday time my only availability for the year. Don’t second guess it. I just finished five days ago my hair transplant, from day one I had very good communication with Elsa and she planned everything just perfect. Every thing was smooth I really appreciate a good service and I'm very happy with the result. In addition the the clinic the nurse the doctor everybody was awesome they did a great job. The medical care the translator doctor nurse everybody I don't know what else I can say I really highly recommend this clinic specially working with Elsa looking for word next year do one more round.

Initially, like anyone traveling outside their country for a procedure like this, I was skeptical. Invi was an amazing host and made sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. Also, Mehmet was very kind and helpful during the stay in Istanbul. Mehmet made sure that I was comfortable at all times, and was there to help me stay at ease during the surgery, as well as post-operation. Anytime I felt a little anxious or nervous, Mehmet made sure to be there to talk me through the process or to get me water and relax. Overall, everyone here made me feel very welcome and relaxed. Very professional group and would 10/10 recommend.

The entire process was fantastic from start to finish. Ledjona, Mehmet, and the entire medical staff were amazing. Transportation was always on time, and my wife and I were picked up from the airport in a luxury vehicle. The hotel staff and room service were excellent. On the day of the procedure, the doctor, along with the translator, thoroughly explained the process. I had a hair transplant and will be recommending this clinic to my family and friends.
