I have to say that meeting our Hairline Hero’s was a great experience. From making the appointment, to helping with the flight and the translator they didn’t miss a beat. I felt very safe before, during and after the procedure! My Bald Spot Management Team wen’t all out to make sure that everything was in order and if I go bald again! I will fly back to Turkey and have this procedure done with them!

I am confident I won’t be going bald anytime soon! Thank you for the help with my goals!

I recently had a hair transplant with Artmed Clinic and I'm suprised with the results and the way how they took care of everything.
The procedure was relatively painless, the recovery time was shorter than I expected.
Ledjona, the medical consultant was amazing and and took care of everything in details, making sure that everything was how I wanted in the most proffesional way.
The surgeon and their team were also very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
My new hairline looks natural, and I will highly recommend it to anyone considering a hair transplant.

From Australia to ARTMED Clinic...

I came a long way from Australia to get this hair transplant done at ARTMED Clinic in Turkey.
Everything was the same as my medical consultant, Ardela, had explained...
They picked me up at the airport, got me to my hotel, which was a really comfortable one. The next day I did the surgery , the whole process went very smoothly and the staff was very helpful throughout this journey.
Now I am back home, and they are still making sure that everything goes in the right way.
Definitely recommend to all people which are looking to get a really comfortable experience, an absolute work done on the hair transplant process and the amazing after care that they offer.

Hello. My name ls Leon and I was so insecure about my hair lost and had to be wearing hats to work and all my social events. I started considering to do a H/T but then I had a problem in choosing a professional clinic. In searching ARTMED CLINIC pops up in my feeds and believe me that was a life changer for me. From the start of my journey I met ELSA and she provide me with all the information I needed and even though I was in Canada and she was miles away....I could always call her at any given time for information or questions and she would provide the answer or solution. ( Thank you Elsa) I honestly had doubts but after talking with her she explained how ARTMED team worked. I sent pictures of my hair and she asked me what results I was looking for and they didn't fail they came up with the perfect plan for my situation. Everything was handled professionally, from the hotel accommodations to the picking up from the airport....an English translator provide and I even had a free shuttle bus that picked me up to view the beautiful city of Turkey. The doctor and staffing team was great. I would recommend ARTMED CLINIC at any given day. #Thank you

I came from the UK. Just as I arrived in Istanbul Mehmet (translator) and Mersel(Director) put me into a chat where I was kept in the loop. Both were so sufficient and made me feel relaxed and reassured. They allowed me to rest the first day and on the second day I was met by Dr Muhammad and Mehmet for a consultation. They gave me their best solution, and talked through what we will be doing.

As I went in, I was met by Dr Ayesha and Dr Seher as well as Mehmet in the room. We were all laughing with great jokes. They all made me feel so comfortable as if I was at home in the UK. I felt I was not a patient and they are doctors, it was more like I have 3 great friends in a room, helping me out to get hair and also making me feel comfortable. I was continuously getting motivation from Dr Ayesha, Dr Sehr and also Mehmet "don't worry everything will be okay" Marsel made me feel at home and like a family. I didn't know he was the director until I asked for the history of the clinic, a very humble guy. The service I was provided by Artmed I can definitely say, you're 100% not going to get such service in the world. I would like to thank Erika and Marsel who got in touch with me initially from the very beginning before coming to the UK sorting the treatment, booking it and also pricing. They also provided me with lovely food during my surgery and also gave me many breaks in between. I would like to thank Mehmet who made me feel super relaxed and sorted literally everything from entering the country to the last day. We had such fun and amazing conversations, you were a brother to me and always will be. Also teaching me a few Turkish words like Bit, Yaani, and Tamaam. Dr Ayesha for being very careful and taking it slowly with the injections, Dr Sehr for being vigilant with the extraction, and the most funny lady in the world who made my day without for sure. I love you all from the very bottom of my heart. If any of you visit England please come to Moburgri, my restaurant in Coventry. I would like to give you a free meal 😋.

Kliniğin geçmişini sorana kadar müdür olduğunu bilmiyordum, çok mütevazı bir adamdı. Artmed'in bana sağladığı hizmeti kesinlikle söyleyebilirim ki, dünyada böyle bir hizmeti %100 alamayacaksınız. Tedaviyi düzenlemek, rezervasyon yaptırmak ve ayrıca fiyatlandırma yapmak için Birleşik Krallık'a gelmeden önce en başından beri benimle iletişime geçen Erika ve Marsel'e teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Ayrıca ameliyatım sırasında bana çok güzel yemekler verdiler ve arada bana birçok mola verdiler. I can't express how grateful I am to have been in contact with Elsa for my hair transplant journey. I'd been struggling with hair loss for years, and it had taken a toll on my self-esteem.

I have to say this was the only company that took the time to to actually call me and not just send a WhatsApp message. Xhensila really went out of her way to call, explain follow up, even before being an official client of theirs, just waiting for the surgery date now.What I appreciate the most is she knew how uncertain I was about all this, she never pushed me never tried to sell me she just took the time and really tried to get to know me and doing so she kinda earn my trust so I really do feel at ease now and am looking forward to the upcoming due date. The experience with ArtMed was an amazing one from start to finish. I did a two day surgery and was cared for by the team in a great manner. I am two weeks into my transplant and seeing great results. Special thanks to Elsa who made it all happen from when we spoke via FaceTime for the first time to the aftercare catch ups routinely when I made it home which is special and keeps me at ease with anything I have to ask with a prompt response. I also want to give a special thanks to Mehmet who was there by my side the whole time I was at the clinic and also for a catch up in the city on the day I was leaving. He is also a great part of the team and can call on him at any time. Would definitely rate these guy highly.

Overall, I should say the whole experience was courteous. I loved that they made me feel included in all the decisions about my care package. So, all in all, I would like to express my most significant appreciation to the ArtMed clinic for my box and service.

Well, to begin with I happened to come across their ad on Instagram, opted for a consultation, and there comes Mr.Invi into picture and leads you into everything from the scratch. From clearing doubts to details and planning, dates and eventual execution he is there always!

He arranges an intro with Mr.Mehmet who is an not only an exceptional translator but an outright genuine and friendly person! He helps interface with the doctors, technicians etc. Once you land, you are given s royal treatment with airport pickup in a luxury airport taxi to the 4 star hotel!

You get to meet Mehmet, Dr.Emine and the showman Dr. Arten who specializes in Expert Dental implants n Hollywood smile experience!

I got my hairline shaped well and the crown more dense and the team has the best expertise and skills!

Dr Emine is very friendly, detail oriented and makes you feel accommodated! I got my tooth filling and cleaning done by Dr.Arten who was awesome again!

We were treated to a sumptuous lunch sponsored by Dr.Arten and a short sight seeing tour as we walked to the restaurant by Mehmet!

Mr. Invi and Mr.Mehmet are always available for any follow up questions/doubts on WhatsApp!

ince the beginning I knew that choosing Artmed Clinic would be the right decision for the problems I had with my teeth. My medical consultant helped me in every step of the way with the professional assistance of Dr.Arten.
I even got to do a live consultation with Dr. Arten himself. The doctor explained in a very detailed manner every procedure I had to follow. :)
The excellent service starts with the first consultation with the medical consultants, and continues for the whole journey in Istanbul. After arriving to Istanbul, there was this luxury VIP transfer van, which got me and my mom to the hotel. We had people waiting for us at the airport and a translator, which would accompany us during our stay. The next day I went to the clinic, the staff was very kind and Dr.Arten did the whole procedure. I did 5 implants at the clinic and everything went perfectly fine. Even though I am very scared of dentists, Dr. Arten makes everything easier for you.
He is the best and I definitely recommend Artmed for the professionalism and the dedication they offer to every single patient.
