Great Service and Quality Turf
Very happy with my new backyard putting green. Chris, the sales rep, was easy to work with and answered all of my questions clearly. The larger roll has 3 long stripes on…
The larger roll has 3 long stripes on it whereby the grass is sparce. Looks like a manufacturer defect. Our turf has been installed for a few weeks now and you can still see the stripes. Not happy.

Perfect!
I was given several samples to chose from. The sales staff and support was excellent. The order came on time and the delivery was seamless.
I did call for some installation advise after watching the helpful video's and it was very helpful.
The project came out great and my dog loves it!. It's his "area" and we have never been able to grow grass there.

Some of the product is flattened and…
Some of the product is flattened and looks different than the rest of the turf. Most of the turf looks very good. Product was shipped quickly to the installer.
Update, no one has reached out as I was told in the response. The turf area looks worse now with no walking or activity on that area. Its flat.

A Well Deserved 5 out of 5 Stars
Our experience with contractors had been less than favorable so working with Artificial Turf Supply was an absolute pleasure. Everyone was extremely easy to work with and responded rapidly to all our calls and texts. The only delays were (1) An issue caused by a previous contractor which the Artificial Turf guys identified and helped to resolve and (2) the weather, which I'm sure we can all agree was out of their control. To sum up, customer service was outstanding, and the product is phenomenal! We love our backyard!
