Chairs good but delayed and communication poor

Chairs look good and seem well made. The plastic clips on the base are brittle and 3 arrived broken and they don’t protect the floor.

Quality excellent for the price of the chairs but the order process was slow having paid in July for chairs that said would be delivered in August and eventually arrived in October. These things happen and would have been fine if Artico had communicated better; I had to keep asking and was then updated, rather than Artico taking responsibility and initiating contact to explain delays as soon as then knew.

In the meantime I bought some similar chairs from another company or I would have had nothing to sit on for 2 months!

We ordered a seat but when it came it…

We ordered a seat but when it came it was damaged on one side. One side came in further than the other side. Are items not quality checked before being sent? This is not the first time. We ordered a table and the extending bit was damaged too. We did get a replacement. One of the dining rooms chairs was not right too but we got a £20! reduction.

Lovely product ruined by atrocious customer experience

The product itself (Scorpion Mango Wood Natural Brown Sideboard) is lovely and very high quality, but I wouldn’t order from Artico Interiors again due to the terrible customer service that comes with it.

We ordered the product on 27 July, where the website indicated the item was “in stock”. The website states that, if your item is in stock, you will hear from them within 10 days to schedule delivery. As we did not hear from them I emailed to understand what was happening with this £700 product that we’d already paid for. We got a response stating that “The expected arrival time is now in September, more accurately the end of September. This adjustment from the initial end of August estimate to September is due to a small backlog of shipments from our manufacturing factory”. For the avoidance of doubt, at no time when placing the order did Artico’s website state that the item was not actually in stock, consistent with their description above re “end of August”.

We then heard nothing following this email in mid-August, until I received an email from a delivery company in October stating that they would be coming on a fixed date and that they would text a window on the night before. There is no means for changing this date within the emails/texts, it’s just dictated to you and there is no flexibility on the 2-hour window they text you the night before.

All in all, just terrible customer service that really ruins the brand and takes from the product quality.

Great firm, great furniture

Simple ordering process, very quick delivery and brilliant communication, kept updated from order to receipt. Unfortunately a piece was damaged upon receipt but dealt with easily and quickly via email and replacement received within 48hrs.. Many thanks for your help, highly recommended.

Bench seat.

Although there was a long delay with our bench seat, it arrived in perfect condition. It’s very good quality and had adjustable feet for an uneven floor, which was new to us. Highly recommend. Thankyou.

Fantastic customer service.

Ordered some bar stools that weren’t quite the colour we’d expected. However, the customer service has been great and the returns process straight forward with no issues. Thank you very much.

Good quality, good service, two small gripes

Item arrived unscathed, had been packed well. Good quality and great design. Having said that, the item was a TV unit but came without any of the expected holes min the back for cables. That meant we had to take a drill to the back of the cabinet, while that wasn't too great a job, I'm sure that factory drilled holes would have been neater. The legs were easy to fix, however the support leg was slightly tricky trying to fix a straight bracket to a round leg. These are just minor gripes, all in all very pleased with unit,

Gorgeous bar cabinet

Our cabinet is gorgeous. It did take a good while to come but that's because it's hand made. Few minor issues but I have to say the customer service has been exceptional. This is the 2nd product we've purchased and have a 3rd on its way.

Excellent service

Excellent service, I had to deal with customer services due to me being on holiday when the table was due to be delivered. The staff were very helpful a sorted a new date immediately. The table is excellent quality, this is my second purchase from Artico and would highly recommend them.
