Fab company

We’ve had three items of furniture from Artico and love each piece. They’re all exactly as described online with super fast easily trackable delivery. A very professional, helpful company

We ordered 3 leather chairs and a…

We ordered 3 leather chairs and a matching bench seat. Unfortunately the chairs were out of stock but we decided to take delivery of the bench seat. When the chairs were delivered they didn't match the bench, so sadly we had to return them. The customer service was excellent and we received the refund promptly. The only problem now is that we have a bench seat and no other seating, and we're unlikely to get anything that will match.

Artico offers fantastic products at affordable prices.

I purchased a coffee table for my living room from Artico, which arrived on schedule. The price was excellent compared to other websites and stores. I was genuinely impressed by how beautiful the table looks! I would recommend Artico to anyone looking for quality furniture, and just sharing my personal opinion. Thank you!

Amazing sideboard

Really pleased with the sideboard. A good solid piece of furniture. That is very well made and heavy. The delivery was quick and efficient. I had been searching everywhere for a unique sideboard. I then came across Artico interiors. The only problem I had was deciding which sideboard to purchase. Will definitely recommend to family and friends

Way to go Artico

The ordering process was simple. Delivery was quick.
The delivery company were brilliant, despite not having the easiest access after a long and arduous day, which was the hottest this year. The furniture had flaws, however this was addressed quickly and satisfactorily by Artico.

Constant & severe delays & no updates

I ordered a Mango sideboard from this company on 8th December. There was no information about the item not being in stock other than ‘the item is delivered within 7 days’. Great I thought it would be here before Christmas. It didn’t arrive so I contacted the company and was told the delivery estimate was March. I was told I needed to keep checking the website for delivery updates.. even though I had already placed an order which is strange to me… why would I keep looking at a website, surely there would be a system to keep customer who have already ordered up to date with any delays? I was the told the item would come end of April (after I chased, again). I chased again as I had heard nothing and was told the item was coming at the end of June. I’ve contacted them again and I’m now told August.
It’s poor that they don’t keep customers proactively updated with any delays and it’s extremely poor that there is no forewarning that your item will take at least 9 months to arrive. I have extremely little faith that the item will arrive in August. I fully expect further delays. I’ve been offered to cancel the order several times - I wouldn’t have ordered something I didn’t want so what use is that? I was also told the delay was due to unforeseen demand - how can demand be unforeseen when the order was placed so many months ago? And I’ve recently been told that the product was not up to standard so had to be returned.
Today I’ve been offered only £50 as ‘goodwill’ despite the exceptionally poor customer service, constant delays and having to wait 9 months minimum with even further delays expected.
Would I order from this company again? No.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience — I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face such long delays and feel left in the dark during the process.

We care deeply about our customers and your trust means everything to us. Unfortunately, the delays you experienced were due to serious disruptions at the factory level, which were entirely beyond our control. These setbacks impacted a number of our orders, and we’ve been doing everything we can to work closely with our partners to resolve them.

That said, we completely agree that communication should have been far better. You deserved timely updates and a smoother resolution. We’ve since been working hard to improve our order tracking systems and customer notifications so that situations like this are handled much more transparently in the future.

Please know that we absolutely share in the stress and disappointment caused by the delays — it’s never our intention to let anyone down, and we’re committed to doing better.

Initial table arrived with damage on it…

Initial table arrived with damage on it ! So requested a replacement but that would have been too big to fit through my doors and there was no indication of this on the website.
Return arranged and the courier says they turned up but I was in the house so can’t see how they did. Rearranged and collected , just waiting for refund.

The refund for the other table was prompt !

No communication after they’ve taken your money

I ordered a dining table back in February with the understanding it would arrive at the beginning of June. As that date approached, I had to contact the supplier myself, only to be told the delivery had been pushed to the end of June. No apology, no acknowledgment of the delay—just instructions to keep checking the website for updates.

Last week, I noticed yet another change: delivery now expected in the second part of July. I called the company to confirm the change, and all they did was take down my phone number as their customer service team is not available at the time- no returned phone call, no follow-up, no explanation, no accountability.

I’m incredibly disappointed. We planned to have the table in time for my mother’s birthday at the end of June, and now we’re left in limbo. They were quick to take the payment but have shown zero customer care since. Still no clear answers on when, or if, the table will ever arrive.

Would not recommend based on this experience.
